2. और कहात के पुत्रा, अम्राम, यिसहार, हेब्रोन और उज्जीएल।

2. And, the sons of Kohath, Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

3. और अम्राम की सन्तान हारून, मूसा और मरियंम, और हारून के पुत्रा, नादाब, अबीहू, एलीआज़र और ईतामार।

3. And, the children of Amram, Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam, and, the sons of Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

4. एलीआज़र से पीनहास, पीनहास से अबीशू।

4. Eleazar, begat Phinehas, Phinehas, begat Abishua;

5. अबीशू से बुक्की, बुक्की से उज्जी।

5. and, Abishua, begat Bukki, and, Bukki, begat Uzzi;

6. उज्जी से जरह्माह, जरह्माह से मरायोत।

6. and, Uzzi, begat Zerahiah, and, Zerahiah, begat Meraioth;

7. मरायोत से अमर्याह, अमर्याह से अहीतूब।

7. Meraioth, begat Amariah, and, Amariah, begat Ahitub;

8. अहीतूब से सादोक, सादोक से अहीमास।

8. and, Ahitub, begat Zadok, and, Zadok, begat Ahimaaz;

9. अहीमास से अजर्याह, अजर्याह से योहानान।

9. and, Ahimaaz, begat Azariah, and, Azariah, begat Johanan,

10. और योहानान से अजर्याह, उत्पन्न हुआ ( जो सुलैमान के यरूशलेम में बनाए हुए भवन में याजक का काम करता था )

10. and, Johanan, begat Azariah, he, it was who ministered as priest, in the house which Solomon built in Jerusalem;

11. फिर अजर्याह से अमर्याह, अमर्याह से यहीतूब।

11. and Azariah begat Amariah, and, Amariah, begat Ahitub;

12. यहीतूब से सादोक, सादोक से शल्लूम।

12. and, Ahitub, begat Zadok, and, Zadok, begat Shallum;

13. शल्लूम से हिलकिरयाह, हिलकिरयाह से अजर्याह।

13. and, Shallum, begat Hilkiah, and Hilkiah, begat Azariah;

14. अजर्याह से सरायाह, और सरायाह से यहोसादाक उत्पन्न हुआ।

14. and, Azariah, begat Seraiah, and, Seraiah, begat Jehozadak;

15. और जब यहोवा, यहूदा और यरूशलेम को नबूकदनेस्सर के द्वारा बन्धुआ करके ले गया, तब यहोसादाक भी बन्धुआ होकर गया।

15. and, Jehozadak, departed, when Yahweh carried away Judah and Jerusalem into captivity, by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

16. लेवी के पुत्रा गेश म, कहात और मरारी।

16. The sons of Levi, Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.

17. और गेश म के पुत्रों के नाम ये थे, अर्थात् लिब्नी और शिमी।

17. And, these, are the names of the sons of Gershom, Libni and Shimei.

18. और कहात के पुत्रा अम्राम, यिसहार, हेब्रोन और उज्जीएल।

18. And, the sons of Kohath, were Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

19. और मरारी के पुत्रा महली और मूशी और अपने अपने पितरों के घरानों के अनुसार लेवियों के कुल ये हुए।

19. The sons of Merari, Mahli and Mushi. And, these, are the families of Levi by their fathers:

20. अर्थात्, गेश न का पुत्रा लिब्नी हुआ, लिब्नी का यहत, यहत का जिम्मा।

20. To Gershom, pertained Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,

21. जिम्मा का योआह, योआह का इद्दॊ, इद्दॊ का जेरह, और जेरह का पुत्रा यातरै हुआ।

21. Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeatherai his son.

22. फिर कहात का पुत्रा अम्मीनादाब हुआ, अम्मीनादाब का कोरह, कोरह का अस्सीर।

22. The sons of Kohath, Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son;

23. अस्सीर का एल्काना, एल्काना का एब्यासाप, एब्यासाप का अस्सीर।

23. Elkanah his son, and Ebiasaph his son, and Assir his son;

24. अस्सीर का तहत, तहत का ऊरीएल, ऊरीएल का उज्जिरयाह और उज्जिरयाह का पुत्रा शाऊल हुआ।

24. Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.

25. फिर एल्काना के पुत्रा अमासै और अहीमोत।

25. And, the sons of Elkanah, Amasai, and Ahimoth.

26. एल्काना का पुत्रा सोपै, सोपै का नहत।

26. As for Elkanah, the sons of Elkanah, Zophai his son, and Nahath his son;

27. नहत का एलीआब, एलीआब का यरोहाम, और यरोहाम का पुत्रा एल्काना हुआ।

27. Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son.

28. और शमूएल के पुत्रा, उसका जेठा योएल और दूसरा अबिरयाह हुआ।

28. And, the sons of Samuel, the firstborn, Joel , and, the second, Abiah.

29. फिर मरारी का पुत्रा महली, महली का लिब्नी, लिब्नी का शिमी, शिमी का उज्जा।

29. the sons of Merari, Mahli, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzzah his son;

30. उज्जा का शिमा; शिमा का हग्गिरयाह और हग्गिरयाह का पुत्रा असायाह हुआ।

30. Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.

31. फिर जिनको दाऊद ने सन्दूक के ठिकाना पाने के बाद यहोवा के भवन में गाने के अधिकारी ठहरा दियया वे ये हैं।

31. And, these, are they whom David caused to stand, as the servants of song, in the house of Yahweh, when he had given rest unto the ark;

32. जब तब सुलैमान यरूशलेम में यहोवा के भवन को बनवा न चुका, तब तक वे मिलापवाले तम्बू के निवास के साम्हने गाने के द्वारा सेवा करते थे; और इस सेवा में नियम के अनुसार उपस्थित हुआ करते थे।

32. so they became attendants before the habitation of the tent of meeting, with song, until Solomon built the house of Yahweh, in Jerusalem, and they took their stand according to their prescribed manner over their work.

33. जो अपने अपने पुत्रों समेत उपस्थित हुआ करते थे वे ये हैं, अर्थात् कहातियों में से हेमान गवैया जो योएल का पुत्रा था, और योएल शमुएल का।

33. Yea, these, are they who stood, with their sons. Of the sons of the Kohathites, Heman the singer, son of Joel, son of Samuel,

34. शमूएल एल्काना का, एल्काना यरोहाम का, यरोहाम एलीएल का, एलीएल तोह का।

34. son of Elkanah, son of Jeroham, son of Eliel, son of Toah,

35. तोह सूप का, सूप एल्काना का, एल्काना महत का, महत अमासै का।

35. son of Zuph, son of Elkanah, son of Mahath, son of Amasai:

36. अमासै एल्काना का, एल्काना योएल का, योएल अजर्याह का, अजर्याह सपन्याह का।

36. son of Elkanah, son of Joel, son of Azariah, son of Zephaniah,

37. समन्याह तहत का, तहत अस्सीर का, अस्सीर एब्यासाप का, एटयासाप कोरह का।

37. son of Tahath, son of Assir, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah;

38. कोरह यिसहार का, यिसहार कहात का, कहात लेवी का और लेवी इस्राएल का पुत्रा था।

38. son of Izhar, son of Kohath, son of Levi, son of Israel.

39. और उसका भाई असाप जो उसके दाहिने खड़ा हुआ करता था वह बेरेक्याह का पुत्रा था, और बेरेक्याह शिमा का।

39. And, his brother Asaph who stood on his right hand, Asaph son of Berechiah, son of Shimea,

40. शिमा मीकाएल का, मीकाएल बासेयाह का, बासेयाह मल्मिरयाह का।

40. son of Michael, son of Baaseiah, son of Malchijah,

41. मल्किरयाह एत्नी का, एत्नी जेरह का, जेरह अदायाह का।

41. son of Ethni, son of Zerah, son of Adaiah;

42. अदायाह एतान का, एतान जिम्मा का, जिम्मा शिमी का।

42. son of Ethan, son of Zimmah, son of Shimei,

43. शिमी यहत का, यहत गेश म का, गेश म लेवी का पुत्रा था।

43. son of Jahath, son of Gershom, son of Levi.

44. और बाई ओर उनके भाई मरारी खड़े होते थे, अर्थात् एताव जो कीशी का पुत्रा था, और कीशी अब्दी का, अब्दी मल्लूक का।

44. And, the sons of Merari, their brethren, on the left hand, Ethan son of Kishi, son of Abdi, son of Malluch;

45. मल्लूक हशब्याह का, हशब्याह अमस्याह का, अमस्याह हिलकिरयाह का।

45. son of Hashabiah, son of Amaziah, son of Hilkiah,

46. हिलकिरयाह अमसी का, अमसी बानी का, बानी शेमेर का।

46. son of Amzi, son of Bani, son o Shemer;

47. शेमेर महली का, महली मूशी का, मूशी मरारी का, और मरारी लेवी का पुत्रा था।

47. son of Mahli, son of Mushi, son of Merari, son of Levi.

48. और इनके भाई जो लेवीय थे वह परमेश्वर के भवन के निवास की सब प्रकार की सेवा के लिये अर्पण किए हुए थे।

48. Howbeit, their brethren, the Levites, were given, for all the work of the habitation, of the house of God.

49. परन्तु हारून और उसके पुत्रा होपबलि की वेदी, और धूप की वेदी दोनों पर बलिदान चढ़ाते, और परम पवित्रास्थान का सब काम करते, और इस्राएलियों के लिये प्रायश्चित करते थे, जैसे कि परमेश्वर के दास मूसा ने आज्ञाएं दी थीं।

49. But, Aaron and his sons, were to make perfume upon the altar of ascending-sacrifice, and upon the altar of incense, according to all the service of the holy of holies, even for putting a propitiatory-covering over Israel, according go all that, Moses, the servant of God, commanded.

50. और हारून के वंश में ये हुए, अर्थात् उसका पुत्रा एलीआजर हुआ, और एलीआजर का पीनहास, पीनहास का अबीशू।

50. And, these, are the sons of Aaron, Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,

51. अबीशू का बुक्की, बुक्की का उज्जी, उज्जी का जरह्माह।

51. Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,

52. जरह्माह का मरायोत, मरायोत का अमर्याह, अमर्याह का अहीतूब।

52. Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,

53. अहीतूब का सादोक और सादोक का अहीमास पुत्रा हुआ।

53. Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.

54. और उनके भागों में उनकी छावनियों के अनुसार उनकी बस्तियां ये हैं, अर्थात् कहात के कुलों में से पहिली चिट्ठी जो हारून की सन्तान के नाम पर निकली।

54. And, these, are their dwelling-places, according to their encampments, in their boundary, pertaining to the sons of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites, for, theirs, was the lot:

55. अर्थात् चारों ओर की चराइयों समेत यहूदा देश का हेब्रोन उन्हें मिला।

55. so they gave them Hebron, in the land of Judah, and the pasture lands thereof, round about it;

56. परन्तु उस नगर के खेत और गांव यपुन्ने के पुत्रा कालेब को दिए गए।

56. but, the field-land of the city, and the villages thereof, gave they to Caleb son of Jephunneh.

57. और हारून की सन्तान को शरणनगर हेब्रोन, और चराइयों समेत लिब्ना,

57. And, to the sons of Aaron, gave they, the cities of refuge Hebron, and Libnah, with her pasture lands, and Jattir and Eshtemoa, with her pasture lands;

58. और यत्तीर और अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत एशतमो। हीलेन, दबीर।

58. and Hilen with her pasture lands, Debir, with her pasture lands;

59. आशान और बेतशेमेश।

59. and Ashan, with her pasture lands, and Bethshemesh, with her pasture lands;

60. और बिन्यामीन के गोत्रा में से अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत गेबा, अल्लेमेत और अनातोत दिए गए। उनके घरानों के सब नगर तेरह थे।

60. and, out of the tribe of Benjamin, Geba, with her pasture lands, and Allemeth, with her pasture lands, and Anathoth, with her pasture lands; all their cities, were thirteen cities, throughout their families.

61. और शेष कहातियों के गोत्रा के कुल, अर्थात् मनश्शे के आधे गोत्रा में से चिट्ठी डालकर दस नगर दिए गए।

61. And, unto the rest of the sons of Kohath of the families of the tribe of Ephraim and of the tribe of Dan, and of the half-tribe of Manasseh, by lot ten cities.

62. और गेश मियों के कुलों के अनुसार उन्हें इस्साकार, आशेर और नप्ताली के गोत्रा, और बाशान में रहनेवाले मनश्शे के गोत्रा में से तेरह नगर मिले।

62. And, to the sons of Gershom, by their families out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.

63. मरारियों के कुलों के अनुसार उन्हें रूबेन, गाद और जबूलून के गोत्रों में से चिट्ठी डालकर बारह नगर दिए गए।

63. And, unto seas of Merari, by their families out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, by lot twelve cities.

64. और इस्राएलियों ने लेवियों को ये नगर चराइयों समेत दिए।

64. So then the sons of Israel gave, to the Levites, the cities and the pasture lands thereof;

65. और उन्हों ने यहूदियों, शिमोनियों और बिन्यामीनियों के गोत्रों में से वे नगर दिए, जिनके नाम ऊपर दिए गए हैं।

65. yea they gave, by lot, out of the tribe of the sons of Judah, and out of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the sons of Benjamin, these cities which are mentioned by name.

66. और कहातियों के कई कुलों को उनके भाग के नगर एप्रैम के गोत्रा में से मिले।

66. But, as for some of the families of the sons of Kohath, they had the cities of their lot, out of the tribe of Ephraim;

67. सो उनको अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत एप्रैम के पहाड़ी देश का शकेम जो शरण नगर था, फिर गेजेर।

67. and they gave unto them the cities of refuge Shechem and her pasture lands, in the hill country of Ephraim, and Gezer, with her pasture lands;

68. योकमाम, बेथेरोन।

68. and Jokmeam, with her pasture lands, and Beth-heron, with her pasture lands;

69. अरयालोन और गत्रिम्मोन।

69. and Aijalon, with her pasture lands, and Gath-rimmon, with her pasture lands;

70. और मनश्शे के आधे गोत्रा में से अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत आनेर और बिलाम शेष कहातियों के कुल को मिले।

70. and, out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Aner, with her pasture lands, and Bileam, with her pasture lands, for the rest of the family of the sons of Kohath.

71. फिर गेश मियों को मनश्शे के आधे गोत्रा के कुल में से तो अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत बाशान का गोलान और अशतारोत।

71. Unto the sons of Gershom out of the family of the half tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan, with her pasture lands, and Ashtaroth, with her pasture lands.

72. और इस्साकार के गोत्रा में से अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत केदेश, दाबरात।

72. And, out of the tribe of Issachar, Kedesh, with her pasture lands, Daberath, with her pasture lands;

73. रामोत और आनेम,

73. and Ramoth, with her pasture lands, and Anem, with her pasture lands.

74. और आशेर के गोत्रा में से अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत माशाल, अब्दोन।

74. And, out of the tribe of Asher, Mashal, with her pasture lands, and Abdon, with her pasture lands;

75. हूकोक और रहोब।

75. and Hukok, with her pasture lands, and Rehob, with her pasture lands.

76. और नप्ताली के गोत्रा में से अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत गालील का केदेश हम्मोन और किर्यातैम मिले।

76. And, out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee, with her pasture lands, and Hammon, with her pasture lands, and Kiryathaim, with her pasture lands.

77. फिर शेष लेवियों अर्थात् मरारियों को जबूलून के गोत्रा में से तो अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत शिम्मोन और ताबोर।

77. Unto the rest of the sons of Merari out of the tribe of Zebulun, Rimmono, with her pasture lands, Tabor, with her pasture lands.

78. और यरीहो के पास की यरदन नदी की पूर्व और रूबेन के गोत्रा में से तो अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत जंगल का बेसेर, यहसा।

78. And, beyond the Jordan at Jericho, on the east of the Jordan out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness, with her pasture lands, and Jahzah, with her pasture lands;

79. कदेमोत और मेपाता।

79. and Kedemoth, with her pasture lands, and Mephaath, with her pasture lands.

80. और गाद के गोत्रा में से अपनी अपनी चराइयों समेत गिलाद का रामोत महनैम,

80. And, out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead, with her pasture lands, and Mahanaim, with her pasture lands;

81. हेशोबोन और याजेर दिए गए।

81. and Heshbon, with her pasture lands, and Jazer, with her pasture lands.
