1. मैं यहोवा की सारी करूणा के विषय सदा गाता रहूंगा; मैं तेरी सच्चाई पीढ़ी पीढ़ी तक जताता रहूंगा।

1. I will sing of the loving-kindness of the Lord forever. I will make known with my mouth how faithful You are to all people.

2. For I said, 'Loving-kindness will be built up forever. You will make known how faithful You are in the heavens.'

3. You said, 'I have made an agreement with My chosen one. I have promised to David, Your servant.

4. I will make your seed last forever. I will build up your throne for all the children-to-come.'

5. हे यहोवा, स्वर्ग में तेरे अद्भुत काम की, और पवित्रों की सभा में तेरी सच्चाई की प्रशंसा होगी।

5. O Lord, the heavens will praise Your great works and how faithful You are in the meeting of the holy ones.

6. क्योंकि आकाशमण्डल में यहोवा के तुल्य कौन ठहरेगा? बलवन्तों के पुत्रों में से कौन है जिसके साथ यहोवा की उपमा दी जाएगी?

6. For who in the heavens is like the Lord? Who among the sons of the powerful is like the Lord?

7. ईश्वर पवित्रों की गोष्ठी में अत्यन्त प्रतिष्ठा के योग्य, और अपने चारों ओर सब रहनेवालों से अधिक भययोग्य है।

7. God is honored with fear in the meeting of the holy ones. He is honored with fear more than all who are around Him.

8. हे सेनाओं के परमेश्वर यहोवा, हे याह, तेरे तुल्य कौन सामर्थी है? तेरी सच्चाई तो तेरे चारों ओर है!

8. Lord God of all, powerful Lord, who is like You? All around You we see how faithful You are.

9. समुद्र के गर्व को तू ही तोड़ता है; जब उसके तरंग उठते हैं, तब तू उनको शान्त कर देता है।

9. You rule over the rising sea. When its waves rise, You quiet them.

10. तू ने रहब को घात किए हुए के समान कुचल डाला, और अपने शत्रुओं को अपने बाहुबल से तितर बितर किया है।

10. You have crushed Rahab like one who is killed. You have destroyed those who hate You with Your powerful arm.

11. The heavens are Yours; and the earth is Yours. You have made the world and all that is in it.

12. You have made from nothing the north and the south. Tabor and Hermon call out for joy at Your name.

13. तेरी भुजा बलवन्त है; तेरा हाथ शक्तिमान और तेरा दहिना हाथ प्रबल है।

13. You have a strong arm. Your hand is powerful. Your right hand is honored.

14. तेरे सिंहासन का मूल, धर्म और न्याय है; करूणा और सच्चाई तेरे आगे आगे चलती है।

14. Your throne stands on what is right and fair. Loving-kindness and truth go before You.

15. How happy are the people who know the sound of joy! They walk in the light of Your face, O Lord.

16. वे तेरे नाम के हेतु दिन भर मगन रहते हैं, और तेरे धर्म के कारण महान हो जाते हैं।

16. They are full of joy in Your name all day long. And by being right with You, they are honored.

17. क्योंकि तू उनके बल की शोभा है, और अपनी प्रसन्नता से हमारे सींग को ऊंचा करेगा।

17. For You are the shining-greatness of their strength. And our horn is lifted high by Your favor.

18. For our safe-covering belongs to the Lord. And our king belongs to the Holy One of Israel.

19. Once You spoke in a special dream to Your faithful ones, saying: 'I have given help to a powerful one. I have honored a chosen one from among the people.

20. I have found David, Your servant. I have poured My holy oil upon him.

21. मेरा हाथ उसके साथ बना रहेगा, और मेरी भुजा उसे दृढ़ रखेगी।

21. My hand will stay with him. And My arm will give him strength.

22. शत्रु उसको तंग करने न पाएगा, और न कुटिल जल उसको दु:ख देने पाएगा।

22. Those who hate him will not fool him. No sinful man will bring trouble to him.

23. मैं उसके द्रोहियों को उसके साम्हने से नाश करूंगा, और उसके बैरियों पर विपत्ति डालूंगा।

23. But he will see Me crush those who fight against him. I will kill those who hate him.

24. परन्तु मेरी सच्चाई और करूणा उस पर बनी रहेंगी, और मेरे नाम के द्वारा उसका सींग ऊंचा हो जाएगा।

24. I will be faithful and My loving-kindness will be with him. And in My name he will become great.

25. मैं समुद्र को उसके हाथ के नीचे और महानदों को उसके दहिने हाथ के नीचे कर दूंगा।

25. I will set his hand on the sea also, and his right hand on the rivers.

26. वह मुझे पुकारके कहेगा, कि तू मेरा पिता है, मेरा ईश्वर और मेरे बचने की चट्टान है।

26. He will cry to Me, 'You are my Father, my God, and the rock that saves me.'

27. I will make him My first-born also, the highest of the kings of the earth.

28. मैं अपनी करूणा उस पर सदा बनाए रहूंगा, और मेरी वाचा उसके लिये अटल रहेगी।

28. I will keep My loving-kindness for him forever. And My agreement with him will be made strong.

29. मैं उसके वंश को सदा बनाए रखूंगा, और उसकी राजगद्दी स्वर्ग के समान सर्वदा बनी रहेगी।

29. I will make his seed last forever. And his throne will last as long as heaven.

30. यदि उसके वंश के लोग मेरी व्यवस्था को छोड़ें और मेरे नियमों के अनुसार न चलें,

30. If his sons leave My Law and do not do what I say,

31. यदि वे मेरी विधियों का उल्लंघन करें, और मेरी आज्ञाओं को न मानें,

31. and if they break My Laws and do not obey My Word,

32. तो मैं उनके अपराध का दण्ड सोंटें से, और उनके अधर्म का दण्ड कोड़ों से दूंगा।

32. then I will punish their sin with the stick, and their wrong-doing with the whip.

33. परन्तु मैं अपनी करूणा उस पर से हटाऊंगा, और न सच्चाई त्यागकर झूठा ठहरूंगा।

33. But I will not take my loving-kindness from him. I will always be faithful to him.

34. मैं अपनी वाचा न तोडूंगा, और जो मेरे मुंह से निकल चुका है, उसे न बदलूंगा।

34. I will not break My agreement, or change what was spoken by My lips.

35. एक बार मैं अपनी पवित्राता की शपथ खा चुका हूं; मैं दाऊद को कभी धोखा न दूंगा।

35. Once I have promised by My holy name, I will not lie to David.

36. उसका वंश सर्वदा रहेगा, और उसकी राजगद्दी सूर्य की नाई मेरे सम्मुख ठहरी रहेगी।

36. His seed will last forever. And his throne will last before Me like the sun.

37. वह चन्द्रमा की नाईं, और आकाशमण्डल के विश्वासयोग्य साक्षी की नाई सदा बना रहेगा।

37. It will last forever like the moon, which may always be seen in the sky.'

38. तौभी तू ने अपने अभिषिक्त को छोड़ा और उसे तज दिया, और उस पर अति क्रोध किया है।

38. But You have thrown off and turned away from Your chosen one. You have been full of anger against him.

39. तू अपने दास के साथ की वाचा से घिनाया, और उसके मुकुट को भूमि पर गिराकर अशुद्ध किया है।

39. You have hated the agreement with Your servant. You have made his crown dirty in the dust.

40. तू ने उसके सब बाड़ों को तेड़ डाला है, और उसके गढ़ों को उजाड़ दिया है।

40. You have broken down all his walls. You have destroyed his strong places.

41. सब बटोही उसको लूट लेते हैं, और उसके पड़ोसियों से उसकी नामधराई होती है।

41. All who pass on the road rob him. He has become a shame to his neighbors.

42. तू ने उसके द्रोहियों को प्रबल किया; और उसके सब शत्रुओं को आनन्दित किया; और उसके सब शत्रुओं को आनन्दित किया है।

42. You have honored the right hand of those who fight against him. You have made all who hate him glad.

43. फिर तू उसकी तलवार की धार को मोड़ देता है, और युद्ध में उसके पांव जमने नहीं देता।

43. You have turned away the sharp part of his sword. And You have not made him stand in a fight.

44. तू ने उसका तेज हर लिया है और उसके सिंहासन को भूमि पर पटक दिया है।

44. You have put an end to what shows of his greatness, and have thrown his throne to the ground.

45. तू ने उसकी जवानी को घटाया, और उसको लज्जा से ढांप दिया है।।

45. You have made him old before his time, and have covered him with shame.

46. हे यहोवा तू कब तक लगातार मूंह फेरे रहेगा, तेरी जलजलाहट कब तक आग की नाईं भड़की रहेगी।।

46. How long, O Lord? Will You hide Yourself forever? Will Your anger burn like fire?

47. मेरा स्मरण कर, कि मैं कैसा अनित्य हूं, तू ने सब मनुष्यों को क्यों व्यर्थ सिरजा है?

47. Remember how fast my life is passing. You have made all men for nothing.

48. कौन पुरूष सदा अमर रहेगा? क्या कोई अपने प्राण को अधोलोक से बचा सकता है?

48. What man can live and not see death? Can he save himself from the power of the grave?

49. हे प्रभु तेरी प्राचीनकाल की करूणा कहां रही, जिसके विषय में तू ने अपनी सच्चाई की शपथ दाऊद से खाई थी?

49. O Lord, where is the loving-kindness You used to have, that You promised in faith to David?

50. हे प्रभु अपने दासों की नामधराई की सुधि कर; मैं तो सब सामर्थी जातियों का बोझ लिए रहता हूं।

50. O Lord, remember the shame of those who work for You. Remember how I carry near my heart the shame of all the nations.

51. तेरे उन शत्रुओं ने तो हे यहोवा तेरे अभिषिक्त के पीछे पड़कर उसकी नामधराई की है।।

51. Those who hate You have put us to shame, O Lord. They have put to shame the footsteps of Your chosen one.

52. यहोवा सर्वदा धन्य रहेगा! आमीन फिर आमीन।।
