1. जब यहोवा सिरयोन से लौअनेवालों को लौटा ले आया, तब हम स्वप्त देखनेवाले से हो गए।

1. When the LORDE turneth agayne ye captiuyte of Sion, then shal we be like vnto them that dreame.

2. तब हम आनन्द से हंसने और जयजयकार करने लगे; तब जाति जाति के बीच में कहा जाता था, कि यहोवा ने, इनके साथ बड़े बड़े काम किए हैं।

2. The shal oure mouth be fylled with laughter, and oure tonge with ioye.

3. यहोवा ने हमारे साथ बड़े बड़े काम किए हैं; और इस से हम आनन्दित हैं।।

3. Then shal it be sayed amonge the Heithen: the LORDE hath done greate thinges for them.

4. हे यहोवा, दक्खिन देश के नालों की नाईं, हमारे बन्धुओं को लौटा ले आ!

4. Yee the LORDE hath done greate thinges for vs allready, wherof we reioyse.

5. जो आंसू बहाते हुए बोते हैं, वे जयजयकार करते हुए लवने पाएंगे।

5. Turne oure captiuyte (o LORDE) as the ryuers in the south.

6. चाहे बोनेवाला बीज लेकर रोता हुआ चला जाए, परन्तु वह फिर पूलियां लिए जयजयकार करता हुआ निश्चय लौट आएगा।।
