1. इस्साकार के पुत्रा तोला, पूआ, याशूब और शिम्रोन, चार थे।

1. And the sons of Issachar were Tola and Puah, Jashub and Shimron, four.

2. और तोला के पुत्रा उज्जी, रपायाह, यरीएल, यहमै, यिबसाम और शमूएल, ये अपते अपते पितरों के घरानों अर्थात् तोला की सन्तान के मुख्य पुरूष और बड़े वीर थे, और दाऊद के दिनों में उनके वंश की गिनती बाईस हजार छे सौ थी।

2. And the sons of Tola: Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Jibsam, and Samuel, heads of their fathers' houses, of Tola, valiant men of might in their generations; their number in the days of David was twenty-two thousand six hundred.

3. और उज्जी का पुत्रा यिज्रह्माह, और यिज्रह्माह के पुत्रा मीकाएल, ओबद्याह, योएल और यिश्शिरयह पांच थे; ये सब मुख्य पुरूष थे।

3. And the sons of Uzzi: Jizrahiah; and the sons of Jizrahiah: Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, [and] Jishijah, five; all of them chief men.

4. और उनके साथ उनकी वंशावलियों और पितरों के घरानों के अनुसार सेना के दलों के छत्तीस हजार योठ्ठा थे; क्योंकि उनके बहुत स्त्रियां और पुत्रा थे।

4. And with them by their generations, according to their fathers' houses, were military bands for war, thirty-six thousand; for they had many wives and sons.

5. और उनके भाई जो इस्साकार के सब कुलों में से थे, वे सत्तासी हजार बड़े वीर थे, जो अपनी अपनी वंशावली के अनुसार गिने गए।

5. And their brethren among all the families of Issachar valiant men of might, registered by genealogy, in all eighty-seven thousand.

6. बिन्यामीन के पुत्रा बेला, बेकेर और यदीएल ये तीन थे।

6. [The sons of] Benjamin: Bela, and Becher, and Jediael, three.

7. बेला के पुत्रा : एसबोन, उज्जी, उज्जीएल, यरीमोत और ईरी ये पांच थे। ये अपने अपने पितरों के घरातों के मुख्य पुरूष और बड़े वीर थे, और अपनी अपनी वंशाबली के अनुसार उनकी गिनती बाईस हजार चौंतीस थी।

7. And the sons of Bela: Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth, and Iri, five; heads of fathers' houses, mighty men of valour; and they were registered by their genealogy twenty-two thousand and thirty-four.

8. और बेकेर के पुत्रा : जमीरा, योआश, बलीएजेर, एल्योएनै, ओम्री, यरेमोत, अबिरयाह, अनातोत और आलेमेत ये सब बेकेर के पुत्रा थे।

8. And the sons of Becher: Zemirah, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jeremoth, and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alemeth; all these were the sons of Becher.

9. ये जो अपने अपने पितरों के घरानों के मुख्य पुरूष और बड़े वीर थे, इनके वंश की गिनती अपनी अपनी वंशावली के अनुसार बीस हजार दो सौ थी।

9. And they were registered by their genealogy by their generations, heads of their fathers' houses, mighty men of valour, twenty thousand two hundred.

10. और यदीएल का पुत्रा बिल्हान, और बिल्हान के पुत्रा, यूश, बिन्यामीन, एहूद, कनाना, जेतान, तश श और अहीशहर थे।

10. And the sons of Jediael: Bilhan; and the sons of Bilhan: Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahar.

11. ये सब जो यदीएल की सन्तान और अपने अपने पितरों के घरानों में मुख्य पुरूष और बड़े वीर थे, इनके वंश से सेना में युठ्ठ करने के याग्य सत्राह हजार दो सौ पुरूष थे।

11. All these were the sons of Jediael, by the heads of their fathers, mighty men of valour, seventeen thousand two hundred, fit for service for war.

12. और ईर के पुत्रा शुप्पीम और हुप्पीम और अहेर के पुत्रा हूशी थे।

12. And Shuppim, and Huppim, the children of Ir. -- Hushim: the sons of Aher.

13. नप्ताली के पुत्रा, एहसीएल, गूनी, येसेर और शल्लूम थे, ये बिल्हा के पोते थे।

13. The sons of Naphtali: Jahziel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, the sons of Bilhah.

14. मनश्शे के पुत्रा, अस्रीएल जो उसकी अरामी रखेली स्त्री से उत्पन्न हुआ था; और उस अरामी स्त्री ने गिलाद के पिता माकीर को भी जन्म दिया।

14. The sons of Manasseh: Asriel, ...whom she bore; his Syrian concubine bore Machir the father of Gilead.

15. और माकीर ( जसकी बहिन का नाम माका था ) उस ने हुप्पीम और शुप्पीम के लिये स्त्रियां ब्याह लीं, और दूसरे का नाम सलोफाद था, और सलोफाद के बेटियां हुई।

15. And Machir took a wife [the sister] of Huppim and Shuppim, and the name of their sister was Maachah. And the name of the second [son] was Zelophehad; and Zelophehad had daughters.

16. फिर माकीर की स्त्री माका के एक पुत्रा उत्पन्न हुआ और उसका नाम पेरेश रखा; और उसके भाई का नाम शेरेश था; और इसके पुत्रा ऊलाम और राकेम थे।

16. And Maachah the wife of Machir bore a son, and she called his name Peresh; and the name of his brother was Sheresh; and his sons were Ulam and Rakem.

17. और ऊलाम का पुत्रा बदान। ये गिलाद की सन्तान थे जो माकीर का पुत्रा और मनश्शे का पोता था।

17. And the sons of Ulam: Bedan. These were the sons of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh.

18. फिर उसकी बहिन हम्मोलेकेत ने ईशहोद, अबीएजेर और महला को जन्म दिया।

18. And his sister Moleketh bore Ishhod, and Abiezer, and Mahlah.

19. और शमीदा के पुत्रा अह्मान, शेकेम, लिखी और अनीआम थे।

19. And the sons of Shemidah were Ahian, and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.

22. सो उनका पिता एप्रैम उनके लिये बहुत दिन शोक करता रहा, और उसके भाई उसे शांति देने को आए।

22. And Ephraim their father mourned many days, and his brethren came to comfort him.

23. और वह अपनी पत्नी के पास गया, और उस ने गर्भवती होकर एक पुत्रा को जन्म दिया और बप्रैम ने उसका नाम इस कारण बरीआ रखा, कि उसके घराने में विपत्ति पड़ी थी।

23. And he went in to his wife; and she conceived, and bore a son; and he called his name Beriah, for [he was born] when calamity was in his house.

24. (और उसकी पुत्री शेरा थी, जिस ने निचले और ऊपरवाले दोनों बेथोरान नाम नगरों को और उज्जेनशेरा को दृढ कराया। )

24. And his daughter was Sheerah; and she built Beth-horon the nether, and the upper, and Uzzen-sheerah.

25. और उसका पुत्रा रेपा था, और रेशेप भी, और उसका पुत्रा तेलह, तेलह का तहन, तहन का लादान,

25. And his son was Rephah, and Resheph, and Telah his son, and Tahan his son,

26. Laadan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son,

27. एलीशमा का नून, और नून का पुत्रा यहोशू था।

27. Nun his son, Joshua his son.

28. और उनकी निज भूमि और बस्तियां गांवों समेत बेतेल और पूर्व की ओर नारान और पश्चिम की ओर गांवों समेत गेजेर, फिर गांवों समेत शकेम, और गांवों समेत अज्जा थीं।

28. And their possession and dwelling-places were Bethel and its dependent villages, and eastward Naaran, and westward Gezer and its dependent villages, and Shechem and its dependent villages as far as to Gazah and its dependent villages.

29. और मनश्शेइयों के सिवाने के पास अपने अपने गांवों समेत बेतशान, तानाक, मगिद्दॊ और दोर। इन में इस्राएल के पुत्रा युसुफ की सन्तान के लोग रहते थे।

29. And in the hands of the children of Manasseh, Beth-shean and its dependent villages, Taanach and its dependent villages, Megiddo and its dependent villages, Dor and its dependent villages. In these dwelt the children of Joseph the son of Israel.

30. आशेर के पुत्रा, यिम्ना, यिश्वा, यिश्वी और बरीआ, और उनकी बहिन सेरह हुई।

30. The sons of Asher: Jimnah, and Jishvah, and Jishvi, and Beriah; Serah their sister.

31. और बरीआ के पुत्रा, हेबेर और मल्कीएल और यह बिज त का पिता हुआ।

31. And the sons of Beriah: Heber, and Malchiel, who is the father of Birzavith.

32. और हेबेर ने यपलेत, शोमेर, होताम और उनकी बहिन शूआ को जन्म दिया।

32. And Heber begot Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, and Shua their sister.

33. और यपलेत के पुत्रा पासक बिम्हाल और अश्वात। यपलेत के ये ही पुत्रा थे।

33. And the sons of Japhlet: Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashvath; these are the sons of Japhlet.

34. और शेमेर के पुत्रा, अही, रोहगा, यहुब्बा और अराम थे।

34. And the sons of Shemer: Ahi, and Rohgah, and Hubbah, and Aram.

35. और उसके भाई हेलेम के पुत्रा सोपह, यिम्ना, शेलेश और आमाल थे।

35. And the sons of his brother Helem: Zophah, and Jimna, and Shelesh, and Amal.

36. The sons of Zophah: Suah, and Harnepher, and Shual, and Beri, and Jimrah,

37. बेसेर, होद, शम्मा, शिलसा, यित्रान और बेरा थे।।

37. Bezer, and Hod, and Shamma, and Shilshah, and Jithran, and Beera.

38. और येतेर के पुत्रा, यपुन्ने, पिस्पा और अरा।

38. And the sons of Jether: Jephunneh, and Pispah, and Ara.

39. और उल्ला के पुत्रा, आरह, हन्नीएल और रिस्या।

39. And the sons of Ulla: Arah, and Hanniel, and Rizia.

40. ये सब आशेर के वुश में हुए, और अपने अपने पितरों के घरानों में मुख्य पुरूष और बड़े से बड़े वीर थे और प्रधानों में मुख्य थे। और ये जो अपनी अपनी वंशावली के अनुसार सेना में युठ्ठ करने के लिये गिने गए, इनकी गिनती छब्बीस हजार थी।

40. All these were the sons of Asher, heads of fathers' houses, choice men, mighty of valour, chiefs of the princes. And their number according to their genealogy, registered as fit for service for war, was twenty-six thousand men.
