1. फिर जो दूत मुझ से बातें करता था, उस ने आकर मुझे ऐसा जगाया जैसा कोई नींद से जगाया जाए।

1. And the angel that talked with me returned, and awakened me, as when a man is awakened out of his sleep.

2. और उस ने मुझ से पूछा, तुझे क्या देख पड़ता है? मैं ने कहा, एक दीवट है, जो सम्पूर्ण सोने की है, और उसका कटोरा उसकी चोटी पर है, और उस पर उसके सात दीपक है; जिन के ऊपर बत्ती के लिये सात सात नालियां हैं।

2. And he said to me, What do you see? And I said, I have seen, and behold a lampstand of solid gold, with a bowl upon it, and seven lamps upon it, and seven oil funnels to the lamps upon it.

3. Two olive trees [are] above it, one on the right of the bowl, and one on the left.

4. तब मैं ने उस दूत से जो मुझ से बातें करता था, पूछा, हे मेरे प्रभु, ये क्या हैं?

4. And I inquired, and spoke to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these things, my lord?

5. जो दूत मुझ से बातें करता था, उस ने मुझ को उत्तर दिया, क्या तू नहीं जानता कि ये क्या हैं? मैं ने कहा, हे मेरे प्रभु मैं नहीं जानता।

5. And the angel that talked with me answered, and spoke to me, saying, Don't you know what these things are? And I said, No, my lord.

6. तब उस ने मुझे उत्तर देकर कहा, जरूब्बाबेल के लिये यहोवा का यह वचन है: न तो बल से, और न शक्ति से, परन्तु मेरे आत्मा के द्वारा होगा, मुझ सेनाओं के यहोवा का यही वचन है।

6. And he answered and spoke to me, saying, This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying, not by mighty power, nor by strength, but by My Spirit, says the Lord Almighty.

7. हे बड़े पहाड़, तू क्या है? जरूब्बाबेल के साम्हने तू मैदान हो जाएगा; और वह चोटी का पत्थर यह पुकारते हुए आएगा, उस पर अनुग्रह हो, अनुग्रह!

7. Who are you, O great mountain before Zerubbabel, that you should prosper? Whereas I will bring out the stone of the inheritance, its grace equal to My grace.

8. फिर यहोवा का यह वचन मेरे पास पहुंचा,

8. And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

9. जरूब्बाबेल ने अपने हाथों से इस भवन की नेव डाली है, और वही अपने हाथों से उसको तैयार भी करेगा। तब तू जानेगा कि सेनाओं के यहोवा ने मुझे तुम्हारे पास भेजा है।

9. The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house, and his hands shall finish it; and you shall know that the Lord Almighty has sent Me to you.

10. क्योंकि किस ने छोटी बातों के दिन तुच्छ जाना है? यहोवा अपनी इन सातों आंखों से सारी पृथ्वी पर दृष्टि करके साहुल को जरूब्बाबेल के हाथ में देखेगा, और आनन्दित होगा।

10. For who has despised the small days? Surely they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet of tin in the hand of Zerubbabel: these are the seven eyes that look upon all the earth.

11. तब मैं ने उस से फिर पूछा, ये दो जलपाई के वृक्ष क्या हैं जो दीवट की दहिनी- बाई ओर हैं?

11. And I answered, and said to him, What are these two olive trees, which are on the right and left hand of the lampstand?

12. फिर मैं ने दूसरी बार उस से पूछा, जलपाई की दोनों डालियें क्या हैं जो सोने की दोनों नालियों के द्वारा अपने में से सोनहला तेल उण्डेलती हैं?

12. And I asked the second time, and said to him, What are the two branches of the olive trees that are by the side of the two golden pipes that pour into and communicate with the golden oil funnels?

13. उस ने मुझ से कहा, क्या तू नहीं जानता कि ये क्या हैं? मैं ने कहा, हे मेरे प्रभु मैं नहीं जानता।

13. And he said to me, Don't you know what these are? And I said, No, my lord.

14. तब उस ने कहा, इनका अर्थ ताजे तेल से भरे हुए वे दो पुरूष हैं जो सारी पृथ्वी के परमेश्वर के पास हाजिर रहते हैं।।

14. And he said, These are the two anointed ones that stand by the Lord of the whole earth.
