1. फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा,

1. And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

2. इस्त्राएलियों से यह कह, कि जब कोई विशेष संकल्प माने, तो संकल्प किए हुए प्राणी तेरे ठहराने के अनुसार यहोवा के होंगे;

2. Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them: `When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.

3. इसलिये यदि वह बीस वर्ष वा उस से अधिक और साठ वर्ष से कम अवस्था का पुरूष हो, तो उसके लिये पवित्रास्थान के शेकेल के अनुसार पचास शेकेल का रूपया ठहरे।

3. And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.

4. और यदि वह स्त्री हो, तो तीस शेकेल ठहरे।

4. And if it be a female, then thy valuation shall be thirty shekels.

5. फिर यदि उसकी अवस्था पांच वर्ष वा उससे अधिक और बीस वर्ष से कम की हो, तो लड़के के लिये तो बीस शेकेल, और लड़की के लिये दस शेकेल ठहरे।

5. And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old then thy valuation shall be for the male twenty shekels and for the female ten shekels.

6. और यदि उसकी अवस्था एक महीने वा उस से अधिक और पांच वर्ष से कम की हो, तो लड़के के लिये तो पांच, और लड़की के लिये तीन शेकेल ठहरें।

6. And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy valuation shall be for the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

7. फिर यदि उसकी अवस्था साठ वर्ष की वा उस से अधिक हो, और वह पुरूष हो तो उसके लिये पंद्रह शेकेल, और स्त्री हो तो दस शेकेल ठहरे।

7. And if it be from sixty years old and above, if it be a male, then thy valuation shall be fifteen shekels and for the female ten shekels.

9. फिर जिन पशुओं में से लोग यहोवा को चढ़ावा चढ़ाते है, यदि ऐसों में से कोई संकल्प किया जाए, तो जो पशु कोई यहोवा को दे वह पवित्रा ठहरेगा।

9. `And if it be a beast whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

10. वह उसे किसी प्रकार से न बदले, न तो वह बुरे की सन्ती अच्छा, और न अच्छे की सन्ती बुरा दे; और यदि वह उस पशु की सन्ती दूसरा पशु दे, तो वह और उसका बदला दोनों पवित्रा ठहरेंगे।

10. He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a bad or a bad for a good; and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.

11. और जिन पशुओं में से लोग यहोवा के लिये चढ़ावा नहीं चढ़ाते ऐसों में से यदि वह हो, तो वह उसको याजक के साम्हने खड़ा कर दे,

11. And if it be any unclean beast, which they do not offer as a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest.

12. तक याजक पशु के गुण अवगुण दोनों विचारकर उसका मोल ठहराए; और जितना याजक ठहराए उसका मोल उतना ही ठहरे।

12. And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad; as thou, who art the priest, valuest it, so shall it be.

13. और यदि संकल्प करनेवाला उसे किसी प्रकार से छुड़ाना चाहे, तो जो मोल याजक ने ठहराया हो उस में उसका पांचवां भाग और बढ़ाकर दे।।

13. But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy valuation.

14. फिर यदि कोई अपना घर यहोवा के लिये पवित्रा ठहराकर संकल्प करे, तो याजक उसके गुण- अवगुण दोनों विचारकर उसका मोल ठहराए; और जितना याजक ठहराए उसका मोल उतना ही ठहरे।

14. `And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it be good or bad; as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.

15. और यदि घर का पवित्रा करनेवाला उसे छुड़ाना चाहे, तो जितना रूपया याजक ने उसका मोल ठहराया हो उस में वह पांचवां भाग और बढ़ाकर दे, तब वह घर उसी का रहेगा।।

15. And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add a fifth part of the money of thy valuation unto it, and it shall be his.

16. फिर यदि कोई अपनी निज भूमि का कोई भाग यहोवा के लिये पवित्रा ठहराना चाहे, तो उसका मोल इसके अनुसार ठहरे, कि उस में कितना बीज पड़ेगा; जितना भूमि में होमेर भर जौ पड़े उतनी का मोल पचास शेकेल ठहरे।

16. `And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy valuation shall be according to the seed thereof: a homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

17. यदि वह अपना खेत जुबली के वर्ष ही में पवित्रा ठहराए, तो उसका दाम तेरे ठहराने के अनुसार ठहरे;

17. If he sanctify his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to thy valuation it shall stand.

18. और यदि वह अपना खेत जुबली के वर्ष के बाद पवित्रा ठहराए, तो जितने वर्ष दूसरे जुबली के वर्ष के बाकी रहें उन्हीं के अनुसार याजक उसके लिये रूपये का हिसाब करे, तब जितना हिसाब में आए उतना याजक के ठहराने से कम हो।

18. But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the Year of the Jubilee, and it shall be abated from thy valuation.

19. और यदि खेत को पवित्रा ठहरानेवाला उसे छुड़ाना चाहे, तो जो दाम याजक ने ठहराया हो उस में वह पांचवां भाग और बढ़ाकर दे, तब खेत उसी का रहेगा।

19. And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part of the money of thy valuation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

20. और यदि वह खेत को छुड़ाना न चाहे, वा उस ने उसको दूसरे के हाथ बेचा हो, तो खेत आगे को कभी न छुड़ाया जाए;

20. And if he will not redeem the field or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.

21. परन्तु जब वह खेत जुबली के वर्ष में छूटे, तब पूरी रीति से अर्पण किए हुए खेत की नाई यहोवा के लिये पवित्रा ठहरे, अर्थात् वह याजक ही की निज भूमि हो जाए।

21. But the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.

22. फिर यदि कोई अपना मोल लिया हुआ खेत, जो उसकी निज भूमि के खेतों में का न हो, यहोवा के लिये पवित्रा ठहराए,

22. And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession,

23. तो याजक जुबली के वर्ष तक का हिसाब करके उस मनुष्य के लिये जितना ठहराए उतना ही वह यहोवा के लिये पवित्रा जानकर उसी दिन दे दे।

23. then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy valuation, even unto the Year of the Jubilee; and he shall give thy valuation on that day as a holy thing unto the LORD.

24. और जुबली के वर्ष में वह खेत उसी के अधिकार में जिस से वह मोल लिया गया हो फिर आ जाए, अर्थात् जिसकी वह निज भूमि हो उसी की फिर हो जाए।

24. In the Year of the Jubilee the field shall return unto him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.

25. और जिस जिस वस्तु का मोल याजक ठहराए उसका मोल पवित्रास्थान ही के शेकेल के हिसाब से ठहरे: शेकेल बीस गेरा का ठहरे।।

25. And all thy valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

26. पर घरेलू पशुओं का पहिलौठा, जो यहोवा का पहिलौठा ठहरा है, उसको तो कोई पवित्रा न ठहराए; चाहे वह बछड़ा हो, चाहे भेड़ वा बकरी का बच्चा, वह यहोवा ही का है।

26. `Only the firstborn of the beasts, which should be the LORD'S firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox or sheep, it is the LORD'S.

27. परन्तु यदि वह अशुद्ध पशु का हो, तो उसका पवित्रा ठहरानेवाला उसको याजक के ठहराए हुए मोल के अनुसार उसका पांचवां भाग और बढ़ाकर छुड़ा सकता है; और यदि वह न छुड़ाया जाए, तो याजक के ठहराए हुए मोल पर बेच दिया जाए।।

27. And if it is of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thy valuation and shall add a fifth part of it thereto; or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy valuation.

28. परन्तु अपनी सारी वस्तुओं में से जो कुछ कोई यहोवा के लिये अर्पण करे, चाहे मनुष्य हो चाहे पशु, चाहे उसकी निज भूमि का खेत हो, ऐसी कोई अर्पण की हुई वस्तु न तो बेची जाए और न छुड़ाई जाए; जो कुछ अर्पण किया जाए वह यहोवा के लिये परमपवित्रा ठहरे।

28. `Notwithstanding, no devoted thing that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed; every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.

29. मनुष्यों में से जो कोई अर्पण किया जाए, वह छुड़ाया न जाए; निश्चय वह मार डाला जाए।।

29. None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed, but shall surely be put to death.

30. फिर भूमि की उपज का सारा दशमांश, चाहे वह भूमि का बीज हो चाहे वृक्ष का फल, वह यहोवा ही का है; वह यहोवा के लिये पवित्रा ठहरे।
मत्ती 23:23, लूका 11:42

30. `And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD'S; it is holy unto the LORD.

31. यदि कोई अपने दशमांश में से कुछ छुड़ाना चाहे, तो पांचवां भाग बढ़ाकर उसको छुड़ाए।

31. And if a man will at all redeem aught of his tithes, he shall add thereto a fifth part thereof.

32. और गाय- बैल और भेड़- बकरियां, निदान जो जो पशु गिनने के लिये लाठी के तले निकल जानेवाले हैं उनका दशमांश, अर्थात् दस दस पीछे एक एक पशु यहोवा के लिये पवित्रा ठहरे।

32. And concerning the tithe of the herd or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, a tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.

33. कोई उसके गुण अवगुण न विचारे, और न उसको बदले; और यदि कोई उसको बदल भी ले, तो वह और उसका बदला दोनों पवित्रा ठहरें; और वह कभी छुड़ाया न जाए।।

33. He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it; and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.''

34. जो आज्ञाएं यहोवा ने इस्त्राएलियों के लिये सीनै पर्वत पर मूसा को दी थी वे ये ही हैं।।

34. These are the commandments which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
