1. फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा, फिरोन के पास जा; क्योंकि मैं ही ने उसके और उसके कर्मचारियों के मन को इसलिये कठोर कर दिया है, कि अपने चिन्ह उनके बीच में दिखलाऊं।

1. Againe the Lord saide vnto Moses, Goe to Pharaoh: for I haue hardened his heart, and the heart of his seruants, that I might worke these my miracles in the middes of his realme,

2. और तुम लोग अपने बेटों और पोतों से इसका वर्णन करो कि यहोवा ने मिस्त्रियों को कैसे ठट्ठों में उड़ाया और अपने क्या क्या चिन्ह उनके बीच प्रगट किए हैं; जिस से तुम यह जान लोगे कि मैं यहोवा हूं।

2. And that thou maist declare in the eares of thy sonne, and of thy sonnes sonne, what things I haue done in Egypt, and my miracles, which I haue done among them: that ye may knowe that I am the Lord.

3. तब मूसा और हारून ने फिरौन के पास जाकर कहा, कि इब्रियों का परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझ से इस प्रकार कहता है, कि तू कब तक मेरे साम्हने दीन होने से संकोच करता रहेगा ? मेरी प्रजा के लोगों को जाने दे, कि वे मेरी उपासना करें।

3. Then came Moses and Aaron vnto Pharaoh, and they said vnto him, Thus saith the Lord God of the Ebrewes, Howe long wilt thou refuse to humble thy selfe before me? Let my people goe, that they may serue me.

4. यदि तू मेरी प्रजा को जाने न दे तो सुन, कल मैं तेरे देश में टिडि्डयां ले आऊंगा।

4. But if thou refuse to let my people go, beholde, to morowe will I bring grashoppers into thy coastes.

5. और वे धरती को ऐसा छा लेंगी, कि वह देख न पड़ेगी; और तुम्हारा जो कुछ ओलों से बच रहा है उसको वे चट कर जाएंगी, और तुम्हारे जितने वृक्ष मैदान में लगे हैं उनको भी वे चट कर जाएंगी,

5. And they shall couer the face of the earth, that a man can not see the earth: and they shall eate the residue which remaineth vnto you, and hath escaped from the haile: and they shall eate all your trees that bud in the fielde.

6. और वे तेरे और तेरे सारे कर्मचारियों, निदान सारे मिस्त्रियों के घरों में भर जाएंगी; इतनी टिडि्डयां तेरे बापदादों ने वा उनके पुरखाओं ने जब से पृथ्वी पर जन्मे तब से आज तक कभी न देखीं। और वह मुंह फेरकर फिरौन के पास से बाहर गया।

6. And they shall fil thine houses, and all thy seruants houses, and the houses of all the Egyptians, as neither thy fathers, nor thy fathers fathers haue seene, since the time they were vpon the earth vnto this day. So he returned, and went out from Pharaoh.

7. तब फिरौन के कर्मचारी उस से कहने लगे, वह जन कब तक हमारे लिये फन्दा बना रहेगा ? उन मनुष्यों को जाने दे, कि वे अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा की उपासना करें; क्या तू अब तक नहीं जानता, कि सारा मि नाश हो गया है ?

7. Then Pharaohs seruants saide vnto him, How long shall he be an offence vnto vs? let the men go, that they may serue the Lord their God: wilt thou first knowe that Egypt is destroyed?

8. तब मूसा और हारून फिरौन के पास फिर बुलवाए गए, और उस ने उन से कहा, चले जाओ, अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा की उपासना करो; परन्तु वे जो जानेवाले हैं, कौन कौन हैं ?

8. So Moses and Aaron were brought againe vnto Pharaoh, and he saide vnto them, Goe, serue the Lord your God, but who are they that shall goe?

9. मूसा ने कहा, हम तो बेटों बेटियों, भेड़- बकरियों, गाय- बैलों समेत वरन बच्चों से बूढ़ों तक सब के सब जाएंगे, क्योंकि हमें यहोवा के लिये पर्ब्ब करना है।

9. And Moses answered, We will go with our yong and with our olde, with our sonnes and with our daughters, with our sheepe and with our cattell will we goe: for we must celebrate a feast vnto the Lord.

10. उस ने इस प्रकार उन से कहा, यहोवा तुम्हारे संग रहे जब कि मैं तुम्हें बच्चों समेत जाने देता हूं; देखो, तुम्हारे आगे को बुराई है।

10. And he said vnto them, Let the Lord so be with you, as I will let you goe and your children: beholde, for euill is before your face.

11. नहीं, ऐसा नहीं होने पाएगा; तुम पुरूष ही जाकर यहोवा की उपासना करो, तुम यही तो चाहते थे। और वे फिरौन के सम्मुख से निकाल दिए गए।।

11. It shall not be so: nowe goe ye that are men, and serue the Lord: for that was your desire. Then they were thrust out from Pharaohs presence.

12. तब यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा, मि देश के ऊपर अपना हाथ बढ़ा, कि टिडि्डयां मि देश पर चढ़के भूमि का जितना अन्न आदि ओलों से बचा है सब को चट कर जाएं।
प्रकाशितवाक्य 9:3

12. After, the Lord said vnto Moses, Stretch out thine hande vpon the lande of Egypt for the grashoppers, that they may come vpon the lande of Egypt, and eate all the herbes of the land, euen all that the haile hath left.

13. और मूसा ने अपनी लाट्ठी को मि देश के ऊपर बढ़ाया, तब यहोवा ने दिन भर और रात भर देश पर पुरवाई बहाई; और जब भोर हुआ तब उस पुरवाई में टिडि्डयां आईं।

13. Then Moses stretched foorth his rod vpon the lande of Egypt: and the Lord brought an East winde vpon the land all that day, and al that night: and in the morning the East wind brought the grashoppers.

14. और टिडि्डयों ने चढ़के मि देश के सारे स्थानों मे बसेरा किया, उनका दल बहुत भारी था, वरन न तो उनसे पहले ऐसी टिडि्डयां आई थी, और न उनके पीछे ऐसी फिर आएंगी।

14. So the grashoppers went vp vpon all the land of Egypt, and remained in all quarters of Egypt: so grieuous Grashoppers, like to these were neuer before, neither after them shalbe such.

15. वे तो सारी धरती पर छा गई, यहां तक कि देश अन्धेरा हो गया, और उसका सारा अन्न आदि और वृक्षों के सब फल, निदान जो कुछ ओलों से बचा था, सब को उन्हों ने चट कर लिया; यहां तक कि मि देश भर में न तो किसी वृक्ष पर कुछ हरियाली रह गई और न खेत में अनाज रह गया।
प्रकाशितवाक्य 9:3

15. For they couered all the face of the earth, so that the lande was darke: and they did eate all the herbes of the lande, and all the fruites of the trees, which the haile had left, so that there was no greene thing left vpon the trees, nor among the herbes of the fielde throughout all the lande of Egypt.

16. तब फिरौन ने फुर्ती से मूसा और हारून को बुलवाके कहा, मैं ने तो तुम्हारे परमेश्वर यहोवा का और तुम्हारा भी अपराध किया है।

16. Therefore Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron in haste, and sayde, I haue sinned against the Lord your God, and against you.

17. इसलिये अब की बार मेरा अपराध क्षमा करो, और अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा से बिनती करो, कि वह केवल मेरे ऊपर से इस मृत्यु को दूर करे।

17. And nowe forgiue mee my sinne onely this once, and pray vnto the Lord your God, that hee may take away from me this death onely.

18. तब मूसा ने फिरोन के पास से निकल कर यहोवा से बिनती की।

18. Moses then went out from Pharaoh, and prayed vnto the Lord.

19. तब यहोवा ने बहुत प्रचण्ड पछुवा बहाकर टिडि्डयों को उड़ाकर लाल समुन्द्र में डाल दिया, और मि के किसी स्थान में एक भी टिड्डी न रह गई।

19. And the Lord turned a mightie strong West winde, and tooke away the grashoppers, and violently cast them into the red Sea, so that there remained not one grashopper in all the coast of Egypt.

20. तौभी यहोवा ने फिरौन के मन को कठोर कर दिया, जिस से उस ने इस्राएलियों को जाने न दिया।

20. But the Lord hardened Pharaohs heart, and hee did not let the children of Israel goe.

21. फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा, अपना हाथ आकाश की ओर बढ़ा कि मि देश के ऊपर अन्धकार छा जाए, ऐसा अन्धकार कि टटोला जा सके।

21. Againe ye Lord said vnto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heauen, that there may be vpon the lande of Egypt darkenesse, euen darkenesse that may be felt.

22. तब मूसा ने अपना हाथ आकाश की ओर बढ़ाया, और सारे मि देश में तीन दिन तक घोर अन्धकार छाया रहा।
प्रकाशितवाक्य 16:10

22. Then Moses stretched forth his hande towarde heauen, and there was a blacke darkenesse in all the land of Egypt three daies.

23. तीन दिन तक न तो किसी ने किसी को देखा, और न कोई अपने स्थान से उठा; परन्तु सारे इस्राएलियों के घरों में उजियाला रहा।

23. No man saw an other, neither rose vp from ye place where he was for three dayes: but all the children of Israel had light where they dwelt.

24. तब फिरौन ने मूसा को बुलवाकर कहा, तुम लोग जाओ, यहोवा की उपासना करो; अपने बालकों को भी संग ले जाओ; केवल अपनी भेड़- बकरी और गाय- बैल को छोड़ जाओ।

24. The Pharaoh called for Moses and said, Go, serue the Lord: onely your sheepe and your cattel shall abide, and your children shall go with you.

25. मूसा ने कहा, तुझ को हमारे हाथ मेलबलि और होमबलि के पशु भी देने पड़ेंगे, जिन्हें हम अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के लिये चढ़ाएं।

25. And Moses sayd, Thou must giue vs also sacrifices, and burnt offrings that wee may doe sacrifice vnto the Lord our God.

26. इसलिये हमारे पशु भी हमारे संग जाएंगे, उनका एक खुर तक न रह जाएगा, क्योंकि उन्हीं में से हम को अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा की उपासना का सामान लेना होगा, और हम जब तक वहां न पहुंचें तब तक नहीं जानते कि क्या क्या लेकर यहोवा की उपासना करनी होगी।

26. Therefore our cattell also shall go with vs: there shall not an hoofe bee left, for thereof must we take to serue the Lord our God: neither doe wee knowe howe we shall serue the Lord, vntill we come thither.

27. पर यहोवा ने फिरौन का मन हठीला कर दिया, जिस से उस ने उन्हें जाने न दिया।

27. (But the Lord hardened Pharaohs heart, and he would not let them goe)

28. तब फिरौन ने उस से कहा, मेरे साम्हने से चला जा; और सचेत रह; मुझे अपना मुख फिर न दिखाना; क्योंकि जिस दिन तू मुझे मुंह दिखलाए उसी दिन तू मारा जाएगा।
इब्रानियों 11:27

28. And Pharaoh sayde vnto him, Get thee from mee: looke thou see my face no more: for whensoeuer thou commest in my sight, thou shalt dye.

29. मूसा ने कहा, कि तू ने ठीक कहा है; मैं तेरे मुंह को फिर कभी न देखूंगा।।
इब्रानियों 11:27

29. Then Moses said, Thou hast said well: from henceforth will I see thy face no more.
