1. हे परमेश्वर, मेरा चिल्लाना सुन, मेरी प्रार्थना की ओर घ्यान दे।

1. For the end, among the Hymns of David. O God, hearken to my petition; attend to my prayer.

2. मूर्छा खाते समय मैं पृथ्वी की छोर से भी तुझे पुकारूंगा, जो चट्टान मेरे लिये ऊंची है, उस पर मुझ को ले चला;

2. From the ends of the earth have I cried to You, when my heart was in trouble; You lifted me up on a rock; You guided me;

3. क्योंकि तू मेरा शरणस्थान है, और शत्रु से बचने के लिये ऊंचा गढ़ है।।

3. because You were my hope, a tower of strength from the face of the enemy.

4. मै तेरे तम्बू में युगानुयुग बना रहूंगा।

4. I will dwell in Your tabernacle forever; I will shelter myself under the shadow of Your wings. Pause.

5. क्योंकि हे परमेश्वर, तू ने मेरी मन्नतें सुनीं, जो तेरे नाम के डरवैये हैं, उनका सा भाग तू ने मुझे दिया है।।

5. For You, O God, have heard my prayers; You have given an inheritance to them that fear Your name.

6. तू राजा की आयु को बहुत बढ़ाएगा; उसके वर्ष पीढ़ी पीढ़ी के बराबर होंगे।

6. You shall add days to the days of the king; [You shall lengthen] his years to all generations.

7. वह परमेश्वर के सम्मुख सदा बना रहेगा; तू अपनी करूणा और सच्चाई को उसकी रक्षा के लिये ठहरा रख।

7. He shall endure forever before God. Which of them shall seek out His mercy and truth?

8. और मैं सर्वदा तेरे नाम का भजन गा गाकर अपनी मन्नतें हर दिन पूरी किया करूंगा।।

8. So shall I sing to Your name forever and ever, that I may daily perform my vows.
