1. हे परमेश्वर, मेरा चिल्लाना सुन, मेरी प्रार्थना की ओर घ्यान दे।

1. Hear my cry, O God. Listen to my prayer.

2. मूर्छा खाते समय मैं पृथ्वी की छोर से भी तुझे पुकारूंगा, जो चट्टान मेरे लिये ऊंची है, उस पर मुझ को ले चला;

2. I call to You from the end of the earth when my heart is weak. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

3. क्योंकि तू मेरा शरणस्थान है, और शत्रु से बचने के लिये ऊंचा गढ़ है।।

3. For You have been a safe place for me, a tower of strength where I am safe from those who fight against me.

4. मै तेरे तम्बू में युगानुयुग बना रहूंगा।

4. Let me live in Your tent forever. Let me be safe under the covering of Your wings.

5. क्योंकि हे परमेश्वर, तू ने मेरी मन्नतें सुनीं, जो तेरे नाम के डरवैये हैं, उनका सा भाग तू ने मुझे दिया है।।

5. For You have heard my promises, O God. You have given me that which You give to those who fear Your name.

6. तू राजा की आयु को बहुत बढ़ाएगा; उसके वर्ष पीढ़ी पीढ़ी के बराबर होंगे।

6. You will add days to the life of the king. His years will be as long as the lives of many children and grandchildren added together.

7. वह परमेश्वर के सम्मुख सदा बना रहेगा; तू अपनी करूणा और सच्चाई को उसकी रक्षा के लिये ठहरा रख।

7. He will stay forever with God. Set apart loving-kindness and truth to keep him safe.

8. और मैं सर्वदा तेरे नाम का भजन गा गाकर अपनी मन्नतें हर दिन पूरी किया करूंगा।।

8. So I will sing thanks to Your name forever and keep my promises day by day.
