1. याह की स्तुति करो, यहोवा के नाम की स्तुति करो, हे यहोवा के सेवको तुम स्तुति करो,
प्रकाशितवाक्य 19:5

1. Prayse ye the Lorde, prayse ye the name of God: prayse it ye seruauntes of God.

2. तुम जो यहोवा के भवन में, अर्थात् हमारे परमेश्वर के भवन के आंगनों में खड़े रहते हो!

2. Ye that stande in the house of God: in the courtes of the house of our Lord,

3. याह की स्तुति करो, क्योंकि यहोवा भला है; उसके नाम का भजन गाओ, क्योंकि यह मनभाऊ है!

3. Prayse ye the Lorde, for God is gratious: sing psalmes vnto his name, for it is pleasaunt.

4. याह ने तो याकूब को अपने लिये चुना है, अर्थात् इस्राएल को अपने निज धन होने के लिये चुन लिया है।

4. For the Lorde hath chosen Iacob vnto hym selfe: and Israel for his owne possession.

5. मैं तो जानता हूं कि हमारा प्रभु यहोवा सब देवताओं से महान है।

5. For I knowe that God is great: and that our Lorde is aboue all gods.

6. जो कुछ यहोवा ने चाहा उसे उस ने आकाश और पृथ्वी और समुद्र और सब गहिरे स्थानों में किया है।

6. God doth whatsoeuer pleaseth hym in heauen and in earth: in the sea, and in all deepe places.

7. वह पृथ्वी की छोर से कुहरे उठाता है, और वर्षा के लिये बिजली बनाता है, और पवन को अपने भण्डार में से निकालता है।

7. He causeth cloudes to ascende from the lowest part of the earth: he maketh it to lighten when it rayneth, he bringeth wyndes out of his treasure houses.

8. उस ने मि में क्या मनुष्य क्या पशु, सब के पहिलौठों को मार डाला!

8. He smote the first borne of Egypt: aswell of beast as of man.

9. हे मि , उस ने तेरे बीच में फिरौन और उसके सब कर्मचारियों के बीच चिन्ह और चमत्कार किए।

9. He sent tokens and wonders into the mydst of thee O Egypt: against Pharao and all his seruauntes.

10. उस ने बहुत सी जातियां नाश की, और सामर्थी राजाओं को,

10. He smote many nations: and slue mightie kinges.

11. अर्थात् एमोरियों के राजा सीहोन को, और बाशान के राजा ओग को, और कनान के सब राजाओं को घात किया;

11. Sihon king of the Amorites, and Og the king of Bashan: and all the kingdomes of Chanaan.

12. और उनके देश को बांटकर, अपनी प्रजा इस्राएल के भाग होने के लिये दे दिया।।

12. And he gaue their lande for an inheritaunce: euen for an heritaunce to Israel his people.

13. हे यहोवा, तेरा नाम सदा स्थिर है, हे यहोवा जिस नाम से तेरा स्मरण होता है, वह पीढ़ी- पीढ़ी बना रहेगा।

13. Thy name O God endureth for euer: there wil be a remembraunce of thee O God, from one generation to another.

14. यहोवा तो अपनी प्रजा का न्याय चुकाएगा, और अपने दासों की दुर्दशा देखकर तरस खाएगा।
इब्रानियों 10:30

14. For God wyll iudge his people: and he will be pacified [beyng displeased] with his seruauntes.

15. अन्यजातियों की मूरतें सोना- चान्दी ही हैं, वे मनुष्यों की बनाई हुई हैं।
प्रकाशितवाक्य 9:20

15. As for the idols of the Heathen they are but siluer and golde: the worke of mens handes.

16. उनके मुंह तो रहता है, परन्तु वे बोल नहीं सकतीं, उनके आंखें तो रहती हैं, परन्तु वे देख नहीं सकतीं,

16. They haue a mouth and speake not: they haue eyes but they see not.

17. उनके कान तो रहते हैं, परन्तु वे सुन नहीं सकतीं, न उनके कुछ भी सांस चलती है।

17. They haue eares and they heare not: yea there is no breath in their mouth.

18. जैसी वे हैं वैसे ही उनके बनानेवाले भी हैं; और उन पर सब भरोसा रखनेवाले भी वैसे ही हो जाएंगे!

18. They that make them are lyke vnto them: [and] euery one that putteth his trust in them.

19. हे इस्राएल के घराने यहोवा को धन्य कह! हे हारून के घराने यहोवा को धन्य कह!

19. Blesse God ye the house of Israel: blesse God ye the house of Aaron.

20. हे लेवी के घराने यहोवा को धन्य कह! हे यहोवा के डरवैयो यहोवा को धन्य कहो!

20. Blesse God ye the house of Leui: ye that feare God, blesse God.

21. यहोवा जो यरूशलेम में वास करता है, उसे सिरयोन में धन्य कहा जावे! याह की स्तुति करो!

21. Blessed be God out of Sion: who dwelleth at Hierusalem. Prayse ye the Lorde.
