1. हे यहोवा, हमारी नहीं, हमारी नहीं, वरन अपने ही नाम की महिमा, अपनी करूणा और सच्चाई के निमित्त कर।

1. Lord, you should receive the honor, not us. The honor belongs to you because of your faithful love and loyalty.

2. जाति जाति के लोग क्यों कहने पांए, कि उनका परमेश्वर कहां रहा?

2. Why should the nations wonder where our God is?

3. हमारा परमेश्वर तो स्वर्ग में हैं; उस ने जो चाहा वही किया है।

3. Our God is in heaven, and he does whatever he wants.

4. उन लोगों की मूरतें सोने चान्दी ही की तो हैं, वे मनुष्यों के हाथ की बनाई हुई हैं।

4. The 'gods' of those nations are only statues that some human made from gold and silver.

5. उनक मुंह तो रहता है परन्तु वे बोल नहीं सकती; उनके आंखें तो रहती हैं परन्तु वे देख नहीं सकतीं।

5. Those statues have mouths, but cannot talk. They have eyes, but cannot see.

6. उनके कान तो रहते हैं, परन्तु वे सुन नहीं सकतीं; उनके नाक तो रहती हैं, परन्तु वे सूंघ नहीं सकतीं।

6. They have ears, but cannot hear. They have noses, but cannot smell.

7. उनके हाथ तो रहते हैं, परन्तु वे स्पर्श नहीं कर सकतीं; उनके पांव तो रहते हैं, परन्तु वे चल नहीं सकतीं; और उनके कण्ठ से कुछ भी शब्द नहीं निकाल सकतीं।

7. They have hands, but cannot feel. They have feet, but cannot walk. No sounds come from their throats.

10. हे हारून के घराने यहोवा पर भरोसा रख! तेरा सहायक और ढाल वही है।

10. Aaron's family, trust in the Lord! He is your strength and shield.

11. हे यहोवा के डरवैयो, यहोवा पर भरोसा रखो! तुम्हारा सहायक और ढाल वही है।।

11. Followers of the Lord, trust in the Lord! He is your strength and shield.

12. यहोवा ने हम को स्मरण किया है; वह आशीष देगा; वह इस्राएल के घराने को आशीष देगा; वह हारून के घराने को आशीष देगा।

12. The Lord remembers us. He will bless us. He will bless Israel. He will bless Aaron's family.

13. क्या छोटे क्या बड़े जितने यहोवा के डरवैये हैं, वह उन्हें आशीष देगा।।

13. The Lord will bless his followers, great and small.

14. यहोवा तुम को और तुम्हारे लड़कों को भी अधिक बढ़ाता जाए!

15. यहोवा जो आकाश और पृथ्वी का कर्ता है, उसकी ओर से तुम अशीष पाए हो।।

15. May you receive blessings from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.

16. स्वर्ग तो यहोवा का है, परन्तु पृथ्वी उस ने मनुष्यों को दी है।

16. Heaven belongs to the Lord, but he gave the earth to people.

17. मृतक जितने चुपचाप पड़े हैं, वे तो याह की स्तुति नहीं कर सकते,

17. The dead don't praise him. Those in the grave don't praise the Lord.

18. परन्तु हम लोग याह को अब से लेकर सर्वदा तक धन्य कहते रहेंगे। याह की स्तुति करो!

18. But we will praise the Lord now and forever! Praise the Lord!
