1. मैं करूणा और न्याय के विषय गाऊंगा; हे यहोवा, मैं तेरा ही भजन गाऊंगा।

1. A Psalme of David. I will sing mercie and iudgement: vnto thee, O Lord, will I sing.

2. मैं बुद्धिमानी से खरे मार्ग में चलूंगा। तू मेरे पास कब आएगा! मैं अपने घर में मन की खराई के साथ अपनी चाल चलूंगा;

2. I will doe wisely in the perfite way, till thou commest to me: I will walke in the vprightnes of mine heart in the middes of mine house.

3. मैं किसी आछे काम पर चित्त न लगाऊंगा।। मैं कुमार्ग पर चलनेवालों के काम से घिन रखता हूं; ऐसे काम में मैं न लगूंगा।

3. I wil set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the worke of them that fall away: it shall not cleaue vnto me.

4. टेढ़ा स्वभाव मुझ से दूर रहेगा; मैं बुराई को जानूंगा भी नहीं।।

4. A froward heart shall depart from me: I will knowe none euill.

5. जो छिपकर अपने पड़ोसी की चुगली खाए, उसको मैं सत्यानाश करूंगा; जिसकी आंखें चढ़ी हों और जिसका मन घमण्डी है, उसकी मैं न सहूंगा।।

5. Him that priuily slandereth his neighbour, wil I destroy: him that hath a proude looke and hie heart, I cannot suffer.

6. मेरी आंखें देश के विश्वासयोग्य लोगों पर लगी रहेंगी कि वे मेरे संग रहें; जो खरे मार्ग पर चलता है वही मेरा टहलुआ होगा।।

6. Mine eyes shalbe vnto the faithfull of the lande, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfite way, he shall serue me.

7. जो छल करता है वह मेरे घर के भीतर न रहने पाएगा; जो झूठ बोलता है वह मेरे साम्हने बना न रहेगा।।

7. There shall no deceitful person dwell within mine house: he that telleth lyes, shall not remaine in my sight.

8. भोर ही भोर को मैं देश के सब दुष्टों को सत्यानाश किया करूंगा, इसलिये कि यहोवा के नगर के सब अनर्थकारियों को नाश करूं।।

8. Betimes will I destroy all the wicked of the land, that I may cut off all the workers of iniquitie from the Citie of the Lord.
