1. आबीब के महीने को स्मरण करके अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के लिय फसह का पर्व्व मानना; क्योंकि आबीब महीने में तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा रात को तुझे मि से निकाल लाया।
लूका 2:41

1. Keep the month of the new fruit, and thou shalt do the passover unto the LORD thy God; for in the month of the new fruit the LORD thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.

2. इसलिये जो स्थान यहोवा अपने नाम का निवास ठहराने को चुन लेगा, वही अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के लिये भेड़- बकरियों और गाय- बैल फसह करके बलि करना।

2. Thou shalt, therefore, sacrifice the passover unto the LORD thy God, of the sheep and the cows, in the place which the LORD shall choose to cause his name to dwell therein.

3. उसके संग कोई खमीरी वस्तु न खाना; सात दिन तक अखमीरी रोटी जो दु:ख की रोटी है खाया करना; क्योंकि तू मि देश से उतावली करके निकला था; इसी रीति से तुझ को मि देश से निकलने का दिन जीवन भर स्मरण रहेगा।

3. Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, [even] the bread of affliction; for thou didst come forth out of the land of Egypt in haste; that thou may remember the day when thou didst come forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.

4. सात दिन तक तेरे सारे देश में तेरे पास कहीं खमीर देखने में भी न आए; और जो पशु तू पहिले दिन की संध्या को बलि करे उसके मांस में से कुछ बिहान तक रहने न पाए।

4. And there shall be no leavened bread seen in thee within all thy borders for seven days; neither shall [any] of the flesh which thou didst sacrifice the evening of the first day remain all night until the morning.

5. फसह को अपने किसी फाटक के भीतर, जिसे तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझे दे बलि न करना।

5. Thou may not sacrifice the passover within any of thy gates ([or within any of thy towns]) which the LORD thy God gives thee

6. जो स्थान तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा अपने नाम का निवास करने के लिये चुन ले केवल वहीं, वर्ष के उसी समय जिस में तू मि से निकला था, अर्थात् सूरज डूबने पर संध्याकाल को, फसह का पशुबलि करना।

6. but at the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to cause his name to dwell in; there thou shalt sacrifice the passover in the evening, at the going down of the sun, at the [appointed] time when thou came forth out of Egypt.

7. तब उसका मांस उसी स्थान में जिसे तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा चुन ले भूंजकर खाना; फिर बिहान को उठकर अपने अपने डेरे को लौट जाना।

7. And thou shalt roast and eat [it] in the place which the LORD thy God shall choose, and thou shalt turn in the morning and return unto thy tabernacles.

8. छ: दिन तक अखीमीरी रोटी खाया करना; और सातवें दिन तेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा के लिये महासभा हो; उस दिन किसी प्रकार का कामकाज न किया जाए।।

8. Six days thou shalt eat unleavened [bread], and on the seventh day [shall be] a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God; thou shalt do no work [in this].

9. फिर जब तू खेत में हंसुआ लगाने लगे, तब से आरम्भ करके सात अठवारे गिनना।
प्रेरितों के काम 2:1, 1 कुरिन्थियों 16:8

9. Seven weeks shalt thou number unto thee; begin to number the seven weeks from [such time as] thou shalt begin [to put] the sickle to the grain.

10. तब अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा की आशीष के अनुसार उसके लिये स्वेच्छा बलि देकर अठवारों नाम पर्व्व मानना;

10. And thou shalt do the solemn feast of weeks unto the LORD thy God; out of the voluntary abundance of thy hand thou shalt give, according as the LORD thy God has blessed thee.

11. और उस स्थान में जो तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा अपने नाम का निवास करने को चुन ले अपने अपने बेटे- बेटियों, दास- दासियों समेत तू और तेरे फाटकों के भीतर जो लेवीय हों, और जो जो परदेशी, और अनाथ, और विधवाएं तेरे बीच में हों, वे सब के सब अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के साम्हने आनन्द करें।

11. And thou shalt rejoice before the LORD thy God, thou and thy son and thy daughter and thy manservant and thy maidservant and the Levite that [is] within thy gates and the stranger and the fatherless and the widow, that [are] among you, in the place which the LORD thy God has chosen to place his name there.

12. और स्मरण रखना कि तू भी मि में दास था; इसलिये इन विधियों के पालन करने में चौकसी करना।।

12. And thou shalt remember that thou wast a slave in Egypt; therefore thou shalt keep and do these statutes.

13. तू जब अपने खलिहान और दाखमधु के कुण्ड में से सब कुछ इकट्ठा कर चुके, तब झोपड़ियों का पर्व्व सात दिन मानते रहना;

13. Thou shalt observe the solemn feast of the tabernacles seven days after thou hast gathered in [the harvest of] thy threshing floor and thy winepress.

14. और अपने इस पर्व्व में अपने अपने बेटे बेटियों, दास- दासियों समेत तू और जो लेवीय, और परदेशी, और अनाथ, और विधवाएं तेरे फाटकों के भीतर हों वे भी आनन्द करें।

14. And thou shalt rejoice in thy solemn feast, thou and thy son and thy daughter and thy manservant and thy maidservant and the Levite [and] the stranger and the fatherless and the widow, that [are] within thy gates ([or within thy towns]).

15. जो स्थान यहोवा चुन ले उस में तु अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के लिये सात दिन तक पर्व्व मानते रहना; क्योंकि तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा तेरी सारी बढ़ती में और तेरे सब कामों में तुझ को आशीष देगा; तू आनन्द ही करना।

15. Seven days shalt thou celebrate a solemn feast unto the LORD thy God in the place which the LORD shall choose; because the LORD thy God shall have blessed thee in all thy fruits and in all the works of thine hands, therefore, thou shalt truly be glad.

16. ुवर्ष में तीन बार, अर्थात् अखमीरी रोटी के पर्व्व, और अठवारों के पर्व्व, और झोपड़ियों के पर्व्व, इन तीनों पर्व्व में तुम्हारे सब पुरूष अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा के साम्हने उस स्थान में जो वह चुन लेगा जाएं। और देखो, छूछे हाथ यहोवा के साम्हने कोई न जाए;

16. Three times each year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose: in the solemn feast of unleavened bread and in the solemn feast of weeks and in the solemn feast of the tabernacles. And they shall not appear before the LORD empty,

17. सब पुरूष अपनी अपनी पूंजी, और उस आशीष के अनुसार जो तेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा ने तुझ को दी हो, दिया करें।।

17. Each man with the gift of his hand, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God, which he shall have given thee.

18. तू अपने एक एक गोत्रा में से, अपने सब फाटकों के भीतर जिन्हें तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझ को देता है न्यायी और सरदार नियुक्त कर लेना, जो लोगों का न्याय धर्म से किया करें।

18. Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all [the] gates [of] thy [cities], which the LORD thy God shall give thee throughout thy tribes, and they shall judge the people with just (and righteous) judgment.

19. तुम न्याय न बिगाड़ना; तू न तो पक्षपात करना; और न तो घूस लेना, क्योंकि घूस बुद्धिमान की आंखें अन्धी कर देती है, और धर्मियों की बातें पलट देती है।

19. Thou shalt not twist that [which is] right; thou shalt not respect persons neither take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the righteous.

20. जो कुछ नितान्त ठीक है उसी का पीछा पकड़े रहना, जिस से तू जीवित रहे, और जो देश तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा तुझे देता है उसका अधिकारी बना रहे।।

20. Thou shalt follow justice [and] righteousness, that thou may live and inherit the land which the LORD thy God gives thee.

21. तू अपने परमेश्वर यहोवा की जो वेदी बनाऐगा उसके पास किसी प्रकार की लकड़ी की बनी हुई अशेरा का स्थापन न करना।

21. Thou shalt not plant thee a grove of any trees near unto the altar of the LORD thy God, which thou shalt make thee.

22. और न कोई लाठ खड़ी करना, क्योंकि उस से तेरा परमेश्वर यहोवा घृणा करता है।।

22. Neither shalt thou set thee up [any] image, which the LORD thy God hates.:
