1. फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा,

1. The Lord said to Moses,

2. इस्त्राएलियों से कह, कि जब तुम अपने निवास के देश में पहुंचों, जो मैं तुम्हे देता हूं,

2. Speak to the Israelites and say to them: I am giving you a land to be your home. When you enter that land,

3. और यहोवा के लिये क्या होमबलि, क्या मेलबलि, कोई हव्य चढ़ावो, चाहे वह विशेष मन्नत पूरी करने का हो चाहे स्वेच्छाबलि का हो, चाहे तुम्हारे नियत समयों में का हो, या वह चाहे गाय- बैल चाहे भेड़- बकरियों में का हो, जिस से यहोवा के लिये सुखदायक सुगन्ध हो;

3. you must give special gifts to the Lord. Their smell will please the Lord. You will use your cattle, sheep, and goats for burnt offerings, sacrifices, special promises, special gifts, fellowship offerings, or at your special festivals.

4. तब उस होमबलि वा मेलबलि के संग भेड़ के बच्चे पीछे यहोवा के लिये चौथाई हिन तेल से सना हुआ एपा का दसवां अंश मैदा अन्नबलि करके चढ़ाना,

4. At the time someone brings their offering, they must also give a grain offering to the Lord. The grain offering will be 8 cups of fine flour mixed with 1 quart of olive oil.

5. और चौथाई हिन दाखमधु अर्घ करके देना।

5. Each time you offer a lamb as a burnt offering, you must also prepare a quart of wine as a drink offering.

6. और मेढ़े पीछे तिहाई हिन तेल से सना हुआ एपा का दो दसवां अंश मैदा अन्नबलि करके चढ़ाना;

6. If you are giving a ram, you must also prepare a grain offering. This grain offering should be 16 cups of fine flour mixed with 1?quarts of olive oil.

7. और उसका अर्घ यहोवा को सुखदायक सुगन्ध देनेवाला तिहाई दिन दाखमधु देना।

7. And you must prepare 1?quarts of wine as a drink offering. Its smell will please the Lord.

8. और जब तू यहोवा को होमबलि वा किसी विशेष मन्नत पूरी करने के लिये बलि वा मेलबलि करके बछड़ा चढ़ाए,

8. You might prepare a young bull as a burnt offering, a sacrifice, a fellowship offering, or to keep a special promise to the Lord.

9. तब बछड़े का चढ़ानेवाला उसके संग आध हिन तेल से सना हुआ एपा का तीन दसवां अंश मैदा अन्नबलि करके चढ़ाए।

9. At that time you must also bring a grain offering with the bull. That grain offering should be 24 cups of fine flour mixed with 2 quarts of olive oil.

10. और उसका अर्घ आध हिन दाखमधु चढ़ाए, वह यहोवा को सुखदायक सुगन्ध देनेवाला हव्य होगा।

10. Also bring 2 quarts of wine as a drink offering as a sweet-smelling gift to the Lord.

11. एक एक बछड़े, वा मेढ़े, वा भेड़ के बच्चे, वा बकरी के बच्चे के साथ इसी रीति चढ़ावा चढ़ाया जाए।

11. Each bull or ram, or lamb or young goat that you give to the Lord must be prepared in this way.

12. तुम्हारे बलिपशुओं की जितनी गिनती हो, उसी गिनती के अनुसार एक एक के साथ ऐसा ही किया करना।

12. Do this for every one of these animals that you give.

13. जितने देशी हों वे यहोवा को सुखदायक सुगन्ध देनेवाला हव्य चढ़ाते समय ये काम इसी रीति से किया करें।

13. This is the way every citizen of Israel must give gifts to please the Lord.

14. और यदि कोई परदेशी तुम्हारे संग रहता हो, वा तुम्हारी किसी पीढ़ी में तुम्हारे बीच कोई रहनेवाला हो, और वह यहोवा को सुखदायक सुगन्ध देनेवाला हव्य चढ़ाना चाहे, तो जिस प्रकार तुम करोगे उसी प्रकार वह भी करे।

14. Foreigners will live among you. If they give gifts to please the Lord, they must offer them the same way you do.

15. मण्डली के लिये, अर्थात् तुम्हारे और तुम्हारे संग रहनेवाले परदेशी दोनों के लिये एक ही विधि हो; तुम्हारी पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में यह सदा की विधि ठहरे, कि जैसे तुम हो वैसे ही परदेशी भी यहोवा के लिये ठहरता है।

15. The same rules will be for everyone�the Israelites and the foreigners living among you. This law will continue forever. You and the people living among you will be the same before the Lord.

16. तुम्हारे और तुम्हारे संग रहनेवाले परदेशियों के लिये एक ही व्यवस्था और एक ही नियम है।।

16. This means that you must follow the same laws and the same rules. These laws and rules are for you Israelites and for the other people who are living among you.'

17. फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा,
रोमियों 11:16

17. The Lord said to Moses,

18. इस्त्राएलियों को मेरा यह वचन सुना, कि जब तुम उस देश में पहुंचो जहां मैं तुम को लिये जाता हूं,

18. Tell the Israelites this: I am taking you to another land.

19. और उस देश की उपज का अन्न खाओ, तब यहोवा के लिये उठाई हुई भेंट चढ़ाया करो।

19. When you eat the food that grows in that land, you must give part of that food as an offering to the Lord.

20. अपने पहिले गूंधे हुए आटे की एक पपड़ी उठाई हुई भेंट करके यहोवा के लिये चढ़ाना; जैसे तुम खलिहान में से उठाई हुई भेंट चढ़ाओगे वैसे ही उसको भी उठाया करना।

20. You will gather grain and grind it into flour to make dough for bread. You must give the first of that dough as a gift to the Lord. It will be like the grain offering that comes from the threshing floor.

21. अपनी पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में अपने पहिले गूंधे हुए आटे में से यहोवा को उठाई हुई भेंट दिया करना।।

21. This rule will continue forever, you must give the first of that dough as a gift to the Lord.

22. फिर जब तुम इन सब आज्ञाओं में से जिन्हें यहोवा ने मूसा को दिया है किसी का उल्लंघन भूल से करो,

22. As you try to obey all the commands that the Lord gave Moses, you might fail and make a mistake.

23. अर्थात् जिस दिन से यहोवा आज्ञा देने लगा, और आगे की तुम्हारी पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में उस दिन से उस ने जितनी आज्ञाएं मूसा के द्वारा दी हैं,

23. God gave you those commands through Moses, and they have been in effect from the day they were given throughout the generations until today.

24. उस में यदि भूल से किया हुआ पाप मण्डली के बिना जाने हुआ हो, तो सारी मण्डली यहोवा को सुखदायक सुगन्ध देनेवाला होमबलि करके एक बछड़ा, और उसके संग नियम के अनुसार उसका अन्नबलि और अर्घ चढ़ाए, और पापबलि करके एक बकरा चढ़ाए।

24. If you made this mistake where everyone could see it, the whole community must offer a young bull as a burnt offering, as a sweet-smelling gift to the Lord. You must also offer the grain offering and the drink offering with the bull. And you must also give a male goat as a sin offering.

25. जब याजक इस्त्राएलियों की सारी मण्डली के लिये प्रायश्चित्त करे, और उनकी क्षमा की जाएगी; क्योंकि उनका पाप भूल से हुआ, और उन्हों ने अपनी भूल के लिये अपना चढ़ावा, अर्थात् यहोवा के लिये हव्य और अपना पापबलि उसके साम्हने चढ़ाया।

25. So the priest will make the whole community of Israel pure, and they will be forgiven for the mistake they made. Since they made the mistake, they must bring a gift and a sin offering to the Lord.

26. सो इस्त्राएलियों की सारी मण्डली का, और उसके बीच रहनेवाले परदेशी का भी, वह पाप क्षमा किया जाएगा, क्योंकि वह सब लोगों के अनजान में हुआ।

26. Then the whole community of Israel and any foreigners among them will be forgiven for the mistake.

27. फिर यदि कोई प्राणी भूल से पाप करे, तो वह एक वर्ष की एक बकरी पापबलि करके चढ़ाए।

27. 'But if only one person makes a mistake and sins, that person must bring a female goat that is one year old. That goat will be the sin offering.

28. और याजक भूल से पाप करनेवाले प्राणी के लिये यहोवा के साम्हने प्रायश्चित्त करे; सो इस प्रायश्चित्त के कारण उसका वह पाप क्षमा किया जाएगा।

28. The priest will make the one who sinned pure and that person will be forgiven.

29. जो कोई भूल से कुछ करे, चाहे वह परदेशी होकर रहता हो, सब के लिये तुम्हारी एक ही व्यवस्था हो।

29. This law is for everyone who makes a mistake and sins. The same law is for the people born in the family of Israel and for the foreigners living among you.

30. परन्तु क्या देशी क्या परदेशी, जो प्राणी ढिठाई से कुछ करे, वह यहोवा का अनादर करनेवाला ठहरेगा, और वह प्राणी अपने लोगों में से नाश किया जाए।

30. If someone sins and knows they are doing wrong, they are rebelling against the Lord. They must be separated from their people. The same law applies to citizens of Israel and to foreigners living among you.

31. वह जो यहोवा का वचन तुच्छ जानता है, और उसकी आज्ञा का टालनेवाला है, इसलिये वह प्राणी निश्चय नाश किया जाए; उसका अधर्म उसी के सिर पड़ेगा।।

31. They thought the Lord's word was not important, so they broke his commands. That is why they must be separated from their people�they must bear the responsibility for their guilt.'

32. जब इस्त्राएली जंगल में रहते थे, उन दिनों एक मनुष्य विश्राम के दिन लकड़ी बीनता हुआ मिला।

32. While the Israelites were in the desert, some of them saw a man gathering firewood on the Sabbath day.

33. और जिनको वह लकड़ी बीनता हुआ मिला, वे उसको मूसा और हारून, और सारी मण्डली के पास ले गए।

33. The people who saw him gathering the wood brought him to Moses, Aaron, and the whole community of Israel.

34. उन्हों ने उसको हवालात में रखा, क्योंकि ऐसे मनुष्य से क्या करना चाहिये वह प्रकट नहीं किया गया था।

34. They guarded the man carefully because they did not know how they should punish him.

35. तब यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा, वह मनुष्य निश्चय मार डाला जाए; सारी मण्डली के लोग छावनी के बाहर उस पर पत्थरवाह करें।

35. Then the Lord said to Moses, 'The man must die. All the people must throw stones at him outside the camp.'

36. सो जैसा यहोवा ने मूसा को आज्ञा दी थी उसी के अनुसार सारी मण्डली के लोगों ने उसको छावनी से बाहर ले जाकर पत्थरवाह किया, और वह मर गया।

36. So the people took him outside the camp and killed him with stones. They did this just as the Lord commanded Moses.

37. फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा,

37. The Lord said to Moses,

38. इस्त्राएलियों से कह, कि अपनी पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में अपने वस्त्रों के कोर पर झालर लगाया करना, और एक एक कोर की झालर पर एक नीला फीता लगाया करना;
मत्ती 23:5

38. Speak to the Israelites. Tell them this: Tie several pieces of thread together and tie them in the corner of your clothes. Put a piece of blue thread in each one of these tassels. You must wear these things now and forever.

39. और वह तुम्हारे लिये ऐसी झालर ठहरे, जिस से जब जब तुम उसे देखो तब तब यहोवा की सारी आज्ञाएं तुम हो स्मरण आ जाएं; और तुम उनका पालन करो, और तुम अपने अपने मन और अपनी अपनी दृष्टि के वश में होकर व्यभिचार न करते फिरो जैसे करते आए हो।
मत्ती 23:5

39. You will be able to look at these tassels and remember all the commands that the Lord has given you. Then you will obey the commands. You will not do wrong by forgetting about the commands and doing the things that your own bodies and eyes want.

40. परन्तु तुम यहोवा की सब आज्ञाओं को स्मरण करके उनका पालन करो, और अपने परमेश्वर के लिये पवित्रा बनो।

40. You will remember to obey all my commands. Then you will be God's special people.

41. मैं यहोवा तुम्हारा परमेश्वर हूं, जो तुम्हे मि देश से निकाल ले आया कि तुम्हारा परमेश्वर ठहरूं; मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यहोवा हूं।।

41. I am the Lord your God. I am the one who brought you out of Egypt. I did this to be your God. I am the Lord your God.'
