1. जो मुझ को पूछते भी न थे वे मेरे खोजी हैं; जो मुझे ढूंढ़ते भी न थे उन्हों ने मुझे पा लिया, और जो जाति मेरी नहीं कहलाई थी, उस से भी मैं कहता हूं, देख, मैं उपस्थित हूं।
रोमियों 10:20-21

1. I have let myself be consulted by them who had not asked, I have suffered myself to be found by them who had not sought me, I have said, Here I am! Here I am! Unto a nation that had not been called by my name,

2. मैं एक हठीली जाति के लोगों की ओर दिन भर हाथ फैलाए रहा, जो अपनी युक्तियों के अनुसार बुरे मार्गों में चलते हैं।
रोमियों 10:20-21

2. I have spread out my hands all the day, Unto a rebellious people, Who walk In the way that is not good, After their own devices.

3. ऐसे लो, जो मेरे साम्हने ही बारियों में बलि चढ़ा चढ़ाकर और ईंटों पर धूप जला जलाकर, मुझे लगातार क्रोध दिलाते हैं।

3. The people who are provoking me to anger to my face continually, Sacrificing in gardens, and Burning incense upon bricks;

4. ये कब्र के बीच बैठते और छिपे हुए स्थानों में रात बिताते; जो सूअर का मांस खाते, और घृणित वस्तुओं का रस अपने बर्तनों में रखते;

4. Who tarry among groves, And in the secret places, do lodge, Who eat the flesh of swine, And the broth of refuse things is in their vessels,

5. जो कहते हैं, हट जा, मेरे निकट मत आ, क्योंकि मैं तुझ से पवित्रा हूं। ये मेरी नाक में धूंएं व उस आग के समान हैं जो दिन भर जलती रहती है।

5. Who say Draw near by thyself, Do not approach with me, For I am holier than thou! These, are A smoke in my nostrils, A fire, burning all the day.

6. देखो, यह बात मेरे साम्हने लिखी हुई है: मैं चुप न रहूंगा, मैं निश्चय बदला दूंगा वरन तुम्हारे और तुम्हारे पुरखाओं के भी अधर्म के कामों का बदला तुम्हारी गोद में भर दूंगा।

6. Lo! it is written before me, I will not keep silence, But I have recompensed, and will recompense into their bosom:

7. क्योंकि उन्हों ने पहाड़ों पर धूप जलाया और पहाड़ियों पर मेरी निन्दा की है, इसलिये मैं यहोवा कहता हूं, कि, उनके पिछले कामों के बदले को मैं इनकी गोद में तौलकर दूंगा।।

7. Your own iniquities, And the, iniquities of your fathers together, Saith Yahweh, Who have burned incense upon the mountains, And upon the hills, have reproached me, Therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.

8. यहोवा यों कहता है, जिस भांति दाख के किसी गुच्छे में जब नया दाखमधु भर आता है, तब लोग कहते हैं, उसे नाश मत कर, क्योंकि उस में आशीष है; उसी भांति मैं अपने दासों के निमित्त ऐसा करूंगा कि सभों को नाश न करूंगा।

8. Thus, saith Yahweh As, new wine, is found, in the cluster, And one saith, Do not destroy it, for a blessing is in it, So, will I do for the sake of ray servants, That I may not destroy the whole nation ;

9. मैं याकूब में से एक वंश, और यहूदा में से अपने पर्वतों का एक वारिस उत्पन्न करूंगा; मेरे चुने हुए उसके वारिस होंगे, और मेरे दास वहां निवास करेंगे।

9. Therefore will I bring forth Out of Jacob, a seed, and Out of Judah, an inheritor of my mountains, That my chosen ones may inherit it, And, my servants, dwell there;

10. मेरी प्रजा जो मुझे ढूंढ़ती है, उसकी भेंड़- बकरियां तो शारोन में चरेंगी, और उसके गाय- बैल आकोर नाम तराई में विश्राम करेंगे।

10. Then shall, Sharon, become, a fold for flocks, And the vale of Achor for the lying down of herds, For my people who have sought me.

11. परन्तु तुम जो यहोवा को त्याग देते और मेरे पवित्रा पर्वत को भूल जाते हो, जो भाग्य देवता के लिये मेंज पर भोजन की वस्तुएं सजाते और भावी देवी के लिये मसाला मिला हुआ दाखमधु भर देते हो;

11. But, ye are they Who forsake Yahweh Who forget my holy mountain Who prepare, for Fortune, a table and Who fill for Destiny, mixed wine;

12. मैं तुम्हें गिन गिनकर तलवार का कौर बनाऊंगा, और तुम सब घात होने के लिये झुकोगे; क्योंकि, जब मैं ने तुम्हें बुलाया तुम ने उत्तर न दिया, जब मैं बोला, तब तुम ने मेरी न सुनी; वरन जो मुझे बुरा लगता है वही तुम ने नित किया, और जिस से मैं अप्रसन्न होता हूं, उसी को तुम ने अपनाया।।

12. Therefore will I destine you to the sword, And, ye all, to the slaughter, shall bow down. Because I called and ye answered not, I spake, and ye hearkened not, But did that which was wicked in mine eyes, And o that wherein I delighted not, ye made choice,

13. इस कारण प्रभु यहोवा यों कहता है, देखो, मेरे दास तो खाएंगे, पर तुम भूखे रहोगे; मेरे दास पीएंगे, पर तुम प्यासे रहोगे; मेरे दास आनन्द करेंगे, पर तुम लज्जित होगे;

13. Therefore, Thus, saith My Lord, Yahweh, Lo! my servants, shall eat but, ye, shall be famished, Lo! my servants, shall drink but, ye shall be thirsty, Lo! my servants, shall rejoice but ye, shall turn pale;

14. देखो, मेरे दास हर्ष के मारे जयजयकार करेंगे, परन्तु तुम शोक से चिल्लाओगे और खेद के मारे हाय हाय, करोगे।

14. Lo! my servants, shall shout in triumph for mirth of heart But, ye, shall make outcry, for pain of heart, And for a breaking of spirit, shall ye howl.

15. मेरे चुने हुए लोग तुम्हारी उपमा दे देकर शाप देंगे, और प्रभु यहोवा तुझ को नाश करेगा; परन्तु अपने दासों का दूसरा नाम रखेगा।

15. So shall ye leave your name for an oath, to my chosen ones, So then My Lord Yahweh, will slay thee, And his servants, will he, call by another name:

16. तब सारे देश में जो कोई अपने को धन्य कहेगा वह सच्चे परमेश्वर का नाम लेकर अपने को धन्य कहेगा, और जो कोई देश में शपथ खाए वह सच्चे परमेश्वर के नाम से शपथ खाएगा; क्योंकि पिछला कष्ट दूर हो गया और वह मेरी आंखों से छिप गया है।।

16. So that he who blesseth himself in the earth, Will bless himself in the God of faithfulness, And he who sweareth in the earth Will swear by the God of faithfulness Because the former troubles have been forgotten, and Because they are hid from mine eyes.

17. क्योंकि देखो, मैं नया आकाश और नई पृथ्वी उत्पन्न करने पर हूं, और पहिली बातें स्मरण न रहेंगी और सोच विचार में भी न आएंगी।
2 पतरस 3:13, प्रकाशितवाक्य 21:1-4

17. For, behold me! Creating new heavens, and a new earth, And the former shall not be mentioned, neither shall they come up on the heart,

18. इसलिये जो मैं उत्पन्न करने पर हूं, उसके कारण तुम हर्षित हो और सदा सर्वदा मगन रहो; क्योंकि देखो, मैं यरूशलेम को मगन और उसकी प्रजा को आनन्दित बनाऊंगा।

18. But joy ye and exult, perpetually, in what I am about to create, For, behold me! Creating Jerusalem an exultation and Her People a joy;

19. मैं आप यरूशलेम के कारण मगन, और अपनी प्रजा के हेतु हर्षित हूंगा; उस में फिर रोने वा चिल्लाने का शब्द न सुनाई पड़ेगा।

19. Therefore will I Exult in Jerusalem, and Joy in my People, And there shall be heard in her, no more The sound of weeping, or the sound of a cry:

20. उस में फिर न तो थोड़े दिन का बच्चा, और न ऐसा बूढ़ा जाता रहेगा जिस ने अपनी आयु पूरी न की हो; क्योंकि जो लड़कपन में मरनेवाला है वह सौ वर्ष का होकर मरेगा, परन्तु पापी सौ वर्ष का होकर श्रापित ठहरेगा।

20. There shall be thenceforward, no more, A suckling of a few days, or an elder Who filleth not up his days, But, a youth a hundred years old, may die, Yea a sinner a hundred years old, shall he accursed,

21. वे घर बनाकर उन में बसेंगे; वे दाख की बारियां लगाकर उनका फल खाएंगे।

21. Then shall they build houses and dwell in them, And plant vineyards and eat the fruit of them;

22. ऐसा नहीं होगा कि वे बनाएं और दूसरा बसे; वा वे लगाएं, और दूसरा खाए; क्योंकि मेरी प्रजा की आयु वृक्षों की सी होगी, और मेरे चुने हुए अपने कामों का पूरा लाभ उठाएंगे।

22. They shall not build, and another, dwell, They shall not plant, and, another, eat, For as the days of a tree, shall be the days of ray people, And, the work of their own hands, shall my chosen ones, use to the full:

23. उनका परिश्रम व्यर्थ न होगा, न उनके बालक घबराहट के लिये उत्पन्न होंगे; क्योंकि वे यहोवा के धन्य लोगों का वंश ठहरेंगे, और उनके बालबच्चे उन से अलग न होंगे।
फिलिप्पियों 2:16

23. They shall not labour in vain, Nor have children for terror, For the seed of the blessed ones of Yahweh, shall they be, And their offspring, with them.

24. उनके पुकारने से पहिले ही मैं उनको उत्तर दूंगा, और उनके मांगते ही मैं उनकी सुन लूंगा।

24. And it shall come to pass That before they call, I, will answer, And while yet they are speaking, I, will hear.

25. भेड़िया और मेम्ना एक संग चरा करेंगे, और सिंह बैल की नाई भूसा खाएगा; और सर्प का आहार मिट्टी ही रहेगा। मेरे सारे पवित्रा पर्वत पर न तो कोई किसी को दु:ख देगा और न कोई किसी की हानि करेगा, यहोवा का यही वचन है।।

25. The wolf and the lamb, shall feed, in unity, And, the lion, as an ox, shall eat straw; But as for the serpent, dust, shall be his food: They shall not harm Nor shall they destroy, In all my holy mountain, saith Yahweh.
