1. मैं हर समय यहोवा को धन्य कहा करूंगा; उसकी स्तुति निरन्तर मेरे मुख से होती रहेगी।

1. [Of David, when he had feigned insanity before Abimelech, and Abimelech sent him away] I will bless Yahweh at all times, his praise continually on my lips.

2. मैं यहोवा पर घमण्ड करूंगा; नम्र लोग यह सुनकर आनन्दित होंगे।

2. I will praise Yahweh from my heart; let the humble hear and rejoice.

3. मेरे साथ यहोवा की बड़ाई करो, और आओ हम मिलकर उसके नाम की स्तुति करें।

3. Proclaim with me the greatness of Yahweh, let us acclaim his name together.

4. मैं यहोवा के पास गया, तब उस ने मेरी सुन ली, और मुझे पूरी रीति से निर्भय किया।

4. I seek Yahweh and he answers me, frees me from all my fears.

5. जिन्हों ने उसकी ओर दृष्टि की उन्हों ने ज्योति पाई; और उनका मुंह कभी काला न होने पाया।

5. Fix your gaze on Yahweh and your face will grow bright, you will never hang your head in shame.

6. इस दीन जन ने पुकारा तब यहोवा ने सुन लिया, और उसको उसके सब कष्टों से छुड़ा लिया।।

6. A pauper calls out and Yahweh hears, saves him from all his troubles.

7. यहोवा के डरवैयों के चारों ओर उसका दूत छावनी किए हुए उनको बचाता है।

7. The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and rescues them.

8. परखकर देखो कि यहोवा कैसा भला है! क्या ही धन्य है वह पुरूष जो उसकी शरण लेता है।

8. Taste and see that Yahweh is good. How blessed are those who take refuge in him.

9. ृहे यहोवा के पवित्रा लोगो, उसका भय मानो, क्योंकि उसके डरवैयों को किसी बात की घटी नहीं होती!

9. Fear Yahweh, you his holy ones; those who fear him lack for nothing.

10. जवान सिहों को तो घटी होती और वे भूखे भी रह जाते हैं; परन्तु यहोवा के खोजियों को किसी भली वस्तु की घटी न होवेगी।।

10. Young lions may go needy and hungry, but those who seek Yahweh lack nothing good.

11. हे लड़कों, आओ, मेरी सुनो, मैं तुम को यहोवा का भय मानना सिखाऊंगा।

11. Come, my children, listen to me, I will teach you the fear of Yahweh.

12. वह कौन मनुष्य है जो जीवन की इच्छा रखता, और दीर्घायु चाहता है ताकि भलाई देखे?

12. Who among you delights in life, longs for time to enjoy prosperity?

13. Guard your tongue from evil, your lips from any breath of deceit.

14. बुराई को छोड़ और भलाई कर; मेल को ढूंढ और उसी का पीछा कर।।

14. Turn away from evil and do good, seek peace and pursue it.

15. यहोवा की आंखे धर्मियों पर लगी रहती हैं, और उसके कान भी उसकी दोहाई की ओर लगे रहते हैं।

15. The eyes of Yahweh are on the upright, his ear turned to their cry.

16. यहोवा बुराई करनेवालों के विमुख रहता है, ताकि उनका स्मरण पृथ्वी पर से मिटा डाले।

16. But Yahweh's face is set against those who do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth.

17. धर्मी दोहाई देते हैं और यहोवा सुनता है, और उनको सब विपत्तियों से छुड़ाता है।

17. They cry in anguish and Yahweh hears, and rescues them from all their troubles.

18. यहोवा टूटे मनवालों के समीप रहता है, और पिसे हुओं का उद्वार करता है।।

18. Yahweh is near to the broken-hearted, he helps those whose spirit is crushed.

19. धर्मी पर बहुत सी विपत्तियां पड़ती तो हैं, परन्त यहोवा उसको उन सब से मुक्त करता है।

19. Though hardships without number beset the upright, Yahweh brings rescue from them all.

20. वह उसकी हड्डी हड्डी की रक्षा करता है; और उन में से एक भी टूटने नहीं पाती।
यूहन्ना 19:36

20. Yahweh takes care of all their bones, not one of them will be broken.

21. दुष्ट अपनी बुराई के द्वारा मारा जाएगा; और धर्मी के बैरी दोषी ठहरेंगे।

21. But to the wicked evil brings death, those who hate the upright will pay the penalty.

22. यहोवा अपने दासों का प्राण मोल लेकर बचा लेता है; और जितने उसके शरणागत हैं उन में से कोई भी दोषी न ठहरेगा।।

22. Yahweh ransoms the lives of those who serve him, and there will be no penalty for those who take refuge in him.
