1. मैं हर समय यहोवा को धन्य कहा करूंगा; उसकी स्तुति निरन्तर मेरे मुख से होती रहेगी।

1. I will praise the Lord at all times; his praise is always on my lips.

2. मैं यहोवा पर घमण्ड करूंगा; नम्र लोग यह सुनकर आनन्दित होंगे।

2. My whole being praises the Lord. The poor will hear and be glad.

3. मेरे साथ यहोवा की बड़ाई करो, और आओ हम मिलकर उसके नाम की स्तुति करें।

3. Glorify the Lord with me, and let us praise his name together.

4. मैं यहोवा के पास गया, तब उस ने मेरी सुन ली, और मुझे पूरी रीति से निर्भय किया।

4. I asked the Lord for help, and he answered me. He saved me from all that I feared.

5. जिन्हों ने उसकी ओर दृष्टि की उन्हों ने ज्योति पाई; और उनका मुंह कभी काला न होने पाया।

5. Those who go to him for help are happy, and they are never disgraced.

6. इस दीन जन ने पुकारा तब यहोवा ने सुन लिया, और उसको उसके सब कष्टों से छुड़ा लिया।।

6. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him and saved him from all his troubles.

7. The angel of the Lord camps around those who fear God, and he saves them.

8. Examine and see how good the Lord is. Happy is the person who trusts him.

9. ृहे यहोवा के पवित्रा लोगो, उसका भय मानो, क्योंकि उसके डरवैयों को किसी बात की घटी नहीं होती!

9. You who belong to the Lord, fear him! Those who fear him will have everything they need.

10. जवान सिहों को तो घटी होती और वे भूखे भी रह जाते हैं; परन्तु यहोवा के खोजियों को किसी भली वस्तु की घटी न होवेगी।।

10. Even lions may get weak and hungry, but those who look to the Lord will have every good thing.

11. हे लड़कों, आओ, मेरी सुनो, मैं तुम को यहोवा का भय मानना सिखाऊंगा।

11. Children, come and listen to me. I will teach you to worship the Lord.

12. वह कौन मनुष्य है जो जीवन की इच्छा रखता, और दीर्घायु चाहता है ताकि भलाई देखे?

12. You must do these things to enjoy life and have many happy days.

16. यहोवा बुराई करनेवालों के विमुख रहता है, ताकि उनका स्मरण पृथ्वी पर से मिटा डाले।

16. But the Lord is against those who do evil; he makes the world forget them.

17. धर्मी दोहाई देते हैं और यहोवा सुनता है, और उनको सब विपत्तियों से छुड़ाता है।

17. The Lord hears good people when they cry out to him, and he saves them from all their troubles.

18. यहोवा टूटे मनवालों के समीप रहता है, और पिसे हुओं का उद्वार करता है।।

18. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and he saves those whose spirits have been crushed.

19. धर्मी पर बहुत सी विपत्तियां पड़ती तो हैं, परन्त यहोवा उसको उन सब से मुक्त करता है।

19. People who do what is right may have many problems, but the Lord will solve them all.

20. वह उसकी हड्डी हड्डी की रक्षा करता है; और उन में से एक भी टूटने नहीं पाती।

21. दुष्ट अपनी बुराई के द्वारा मारा जाएगा; और धर्मी के बैरी दोषी ठहरेंगे।

21. Evil will kill the wicked; those who hate good people will be judged guilty.

22. यहोवा अपने दासों का प्राण मोल लेकर बचा लेता है; और जितने उसके शरणागत हैं उन में से कोई भी दोषी न ठहरेगा।।
