1. हे भाइयों, मैं तुम से इस रीति से बातें न कर सका, जैसे आत्मिक लोगों से; परन्तु जैसे शारीरिक लोगों से, और उन से जो मसीह में बालक हैं।

1. And I coulde not speake vnto you brethre as vnto spretuall: but as vnto carnall even as it were vnto babes in Christ.

2. में ने तुम्हें दूध पिलाया, अन्न न खिलाया; क्योंकि तुम उस को न खा सकते थे; बारन अब तक भी नहीं खा सकते हो।

2. I gave you mylke to drinke and not meate. For ye then were not stronge no nether yet are.

3. क्योंकि अब तक शारीरिक हो, इसलिये, कि जब तुम में डाह और झगड़ा है, तो क्या तुम शारीरिक नहीं? और मनुष्य की रीति पर नहीं चलते?

3. For ye are yet carnall. As longe verely as ther is amoge you envyige stryfe and dissencio: are ye not carnall and walke after ye manner of me?

4. इसलिये कि जब एक कहता है, कि मैं पौलुस का हूं, और दूसरा कि मैं अपुल्लोस का हूं, तो क्या तुम मनुष्य नहीं?

4. As loge as one sayth I holde of Paul and another I am of Apollo are ye not carnall?

5. अपुल्लोस क्या है? और पौलुस क्या? केवल सेवक, जिन के द्वारा तुम ने विश्वास किया, जैसा हर एक को प्रभु ने दिया।

5. What is Paul? What thinge is Apollo? Only miministers are they by who ye beleved even as the Lorde gave every ma grace.

6. मैं ने लगाया, अपुल्लोस ने सींचा, परन्तु परमेश्वर ने बढ़ाया।

6. I have planted: Apollo watred: but god gave increace.

7. इसलिये न तो लगानेवाला कुछ है, और न सींचनेवाला, परन्तु परमेश्वर जो बढ़ानेवाला है।

7. So then nether is he that planteth eny thinge nether he yt watreth: but god which gave the increace.

8. लगानेवाला और सींचनेवाला दानों एक हैं; परन्तु हर एक व्यक्ति अपने ही परिश्रम के अनुसार अपनी ही मजदूरी पाएगा।

8. He that planteth and he that watreth are nether better then the other. Every man yet shall receave his rewarde accordynge to his laboure.

9. क्योंकि हम परमेश्वर के सहकर्मी हैं; तुम परमेश्वर की खेती और परमेश्वर की रचना हो।

9. We are goddis labourers ye are goddis husbandrye ye are goddis byldynge.

10. परमेश्वर के उस अनुग्रह के अनुसार, जो मुझै दिया गया, मैं ने बुद्धिमान राजमिद्दी की नाईं नेव डाली, और दूसरा उस पर रस्रा रखता है; परन्तु हर एक मनुष्य चौकस रहे, कि वह उस पर कैसा रस्रा रखता है।

10. Accordynge to the grace of god geven vnto me as a wyse bylder have I layde the foundacio And another bylt thero But let every ma take hede how he bildeth apo.

11. क्योंकि उस नेव को छोड़ जो पड़ी है, और वह यीशु मसीह है कोई दूसरी नेव नहीं डाल सकता।
यशायाह 28:16

11. For other foundacion can no man laye then yt which is layde which is Iesus Christ.

12. और यदि कोई इस नेव पर सोना या चान्दी या बहुमोल पत्थर या काठ या घास या फूस का रस्रा रखता है।

12. Yf eny man bilde on this foundacion golde silver precious stones tymber haye or stoble:

13. तो हर एक का काम प्रगट हो जाएगा; क्योंकि वह दिन उसे बताएगा; इसलिये कि आग के साथ प्रगट होगा: और वह आग हर एक का काम परखेगी कि कैसा है?

13. every mannes worke shall appere. For the daye shall declare it and it shalbe shewed in fyre. And ye fyre shall trye euery mannes worke what it is.

14. जिस का काम उस पर बना हुआ स्थिर रहेगा, वह मजदूरी पाएगा।

14. Yf eny mannes worke yt he hath bylt apon byde he shall receave a rewarde.

15. और यदि किसी का काम जल जाएगा, तो हानि उठाएगा; पर वह आप बच जाएगा परन्तु जलते जलते।।

15. If eny manes worke burne he shall suffre losse: but he shalbe safe him selfe: neverthelesse yet as it were thorow fyre.

16. क्या तुम नहीं जानते, कि तुम परमेश्वर का मन्दिर हो, और परमेश्वर का आत्मा तुम में वास करता है?

16. Are ye not ware that ye are the temple of god and how that the sprete of god dwelleth in you?

17. यदि कोई परमेश्वर के मन्दिर को नाश करेगा तो परमेश्वर उसे नाश करेगा; क्योंकि परमेश्वर का मन्दिर पवित्रा है, और वह तुम हो।

17. Yf eny man defyle the temple of god him shall god destroye. For the temple of god is holy which temple ye are.

18. कोई अपन आप को धोखा न दे: यदि तुम में से कोई इस संसार में अपने आप को ज्ञानी समझे, तो मूर्ख बने; कि ज्ञानी हो जाए।

18. Let no man deceave him silfe. Yf eny man seme wyse amonge you let him be a fole in this worlde that he maye be wyse.

19. क्योंकि इस संसार का ज्ञान परमेश्वर के निकट मूर्खता है, जैसा लिखा है; कि वह ज्ञानियों को उन की चतुराई में फंसा देता है।
अय्यूब 5:13

19. For ye wisdome of this worlde is folysshnes with god. For it is writte: he compaseth the wyse in their craftynes.

20. और फिर प्रभु ज्ञानियों की चिन्ताओं को जानता है, कि व्यर्थ हैं।
भजन संहिता 94:11

20. And agayne God knoweth the thoughtes of the wyse that they be vayne.

21. इसलिये मनुष्यों पर कोई घमण्ड न करे, क्योंकि सब कुछ तुम्हारा है।

21. Therfore let no ma reioyce in men. For all thinges are youres whether it be Paul other Apollo other Cephas: whether it be ye worlde other lyfe other deeth whether they be present thinges or thinges to come: all are youres

22. क्या पौलुस, क्या अपुल्लोस, क्या कैफा, क्या जगत, क्या जीवन, क्या मरण, क्या वर्तमान, क्या भविष्य, सब कुछ तुम्हारा है,

22. 23and ye are Christes and Christ is goddis.

23. और तुम मसीह के हो, और मसीह परमेश्वर का है।।

23. Let men this wyse esteme vs eve as the ministers of Christ and disposers of ye secretes of God.
