1. आठवें दिन मूसा ने हारून और उसके पुत्रों को और इस्त्राएली पुरनियों को बुलवाकर हारून से कहा,

1. On the eighth day Moses summoned Aaron, his sons, and the elders of Israel.

2. पापबलि के लिये एक निर्दोष बछड़ा, और होमबलि के लिये एक निर्दोष मेढ़ा लेकर यहोवा के साम्हने भेंट चढ़ा।

2. He said to Aaron, 'Take a young bull for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering, both without blemish, and present [them] before the LORD.

3. और इस्त्राएलियों से यह कह, कि तुम पापबलि के लिये एक बकरा, और होमबलि के लिये एक बछड़ा और एक भेड़ को बच्चा लो, जो एक वर्ष के हों और निर्दोष हों,

3. And tell the Israelites: 'Take a male goat for a sin offering; a calf and a lamb, male yearlings without blemish, for a burnt offering;

4. और मेलबलि के लिये यहोवा के सम्मुख चढ़ाने के लिये एक बैल और एक मेढ़ा, और तेल से सने हुए मैदे का एक अन्नबलि भी ले लो; क्योंकि आज यहोवा तुम को दर्शन देगा।

4. an ox and a ram for a fellowship offering to sacrifice before the LORD; and a grain offering mixed with oil. For today the LORD is going to appear to you.''

5. और जिस जिस वस्तु की आज्ञा मूसा ने दी उन सब को वे मिलापवाले तम्बू के आगे ले आए; और सारी मण्डली समीप जाकर यहोवा के साम्हने खड़ी हुई।

5. They brought what Moses had commanded to the front of the tent of meeting, and the whole community came forward and stood before the LORD.

6. तब मूसा ने कहा, यह वह काम है जिसके करने के लिये यहोवा ने आज्ञा दी है कि तुम उसे करो; और यहोवा की महिमा का तेज तुम को दिखाई पड़ेगा।

6. Moses said, 'This is what the LORD commanded you to do, that the glory of the LORD may appear to you.'

7. और मूसा ने हारून से कहा, यहोवा की आज्ञा के अनुसार वेदी के समीप जाकर अपने पापबलि और होमबलि को चढ़ाकर उनके लिये प्रायश्चित्त कर।

7. Then Moses said to Aaron, 'Approach the altar and sacrifice your sin offering and your burnt offering; make atonement for yourself and the people. Sacrifice the people's offering and make atonement for them, as the LORD commanded.'

8. इसलिये हारून ने वेदी के समीप जाकर अपने पापबलि के बछड़े को बलिदान किया।

8. So Aaron approached the altar and slaughtered the calf as a sin offering for himself.

9. और हारून के पुत्रा लोहू को उसके पास ले गए, तब उस ने अपनी उंगली को लोहू में डुबाकर वेदी के सींगों पर लोहू को लगाया, और शेष लोहू को वेदी के पाए पर उंडेल दिया;

9. Aaron's sons brought the blood to him, and he dipped his finger in the blood and applied it to the horns of the altar. He poured out the blood at the base of the altar.

10. और पापबलि में की चरबी और गुर्दों और कलेजे पर की झिल्ली को उस ने वेदी पर जलाया, जैसा यहोवा ने मूसा को आज्ञा दी थी।

10. He burned the fat, the kidneys, and the fatty lobe of the liver from the sin offering on the altar, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

11. और मांस और खाल को उस ने छावनी से बाहर आग में जलाया।

11. He burned up the flesh and the hide outside the camp.

12. तब होमबलिपशु को बलिदान किया; और हारून के पुत्रों ने लोहू को उसके हाथ में दिया, और उस ने उसको वेदी पर चारों ओर छिड़क दिया।

12. Then he slaughtered the burnt offering. Aaron's sons brought him the blood, and he sprinkled it on all sides of the altar.

13. तब उन्हों ने होमबलिपशु का टुकड़ा टुकड़ा करके सिर सहित उसके हाथ में दे दिया और उस ने उनको वेदी पर जला दिया।

13. They brought him the burnt offering piece by piece, along with the head, and he burned [them] on the altar.

14. और उस ने अंतड़ियों और पांवों को धोकर वेदी पर होमबलि के ऊपर जलाया।

14. He washed the entrails and the shanks and burned them with the burnt offering on the altar.

15. और उस ने लोगों के चढ़ावे को आगे लेकर और उस पापबलि के बकरे को जो उनके लिये था लेकर उसका बलिदान किया, और पहिले के समान उसे भी पापबलि करके चढ़ाया।

15. Aaron presented the people's offering. He took the male goat for the people's sin offering, slaughtered it, and made a sin offering with it as he did before.

16. और उस ने होमबलि को भी समीप ले जाकर विधि के अनुसार चढ़ाया।

16. He presented the burnt offering and sacrificed it according to the regulation.

17. और अन्नबलि को भी समीप ले जाकर उस में से मुट्ठी भर वेदी पर जलाया, यह भोर के होमबलि के अलावा चढ़ाया गया।

17. Next he presented the grain offering, took a handful of it, and burned it on the altar in addition to the morning burnt offering.

18. और बैल और मेढ़ा, अर्थात् जो मेलबलिपशु जनता के लिये थे वे भी बलि किये गए; और हारून के पुत्रों ने लोहू को उसके हाथ में दिया, और उस ने उसको वेदी पर चारों ओर छिड़क दिया;

18. Finally, he slaughtered the ox and the ram as the people's fellowship sacrifice. Aaron's sons brought him the blood, and he sprinkled it on all sides of the altar.

19. और उन्हों ने बैल की चरबी को, और मेढ़े में से मोटी पूंछ को, और जिस चरबी से अतड़ियां ढपी रहती हैं उसको, ओर गुर्दों सहित कलेजे पर की झिल्ली को भी उसके हाथ में दिया;

19. They also brought the fat portions from the ox and the ram-- the fat tail, the [fat] surrounding [the entrails], the kidneys, and the fatty lobe of the liver--

20. और उन्हों ने चरबी को छातियों पर रखा; और उस ने वह चरबी वेदी पर जलाई,

20. and placed these on the breasts. Aaron burned the fat portions on the altar,

21. परन्तु छातियों और दहिनी जांघ को हारून ने मूसा की आज्ञा के अनुसार हिलाने की भेंट के लिये यहोवा के साम्हने हिलाया।

21. but he waved the breasts and the right thigh as a presentation offering before the LORD, as Moses had commanded.

22. तब हारून ने लोगों की ओर हाथ बढ़ाकर उनहें आशीर्वाद दिया; और पापबलि, होमबलि, और मेलबलियों को चढ़ाकर वह नीचे उतर आया।

22. Aaron lifted up his hands toward the people and blessed them. He came down after sacrificing the sin offering, the burnt offering, and the fellowship offering.

23. तब मूसा और हारून मिलापवाले तम्बू में गए, और निकलकर लोगों को आशीर्वाद दिया; तब यहोवा का तेज सारी जनता को दिखाई दिया।

23. Moses and Aaron then entered the tent of meeting. When they came out, they blessed the people, and the glory of the LORD appeared to all the people.

24. और यहोवा के साम्हने से आग निकलकर चरबी सहित होमबलि को वेदी पर भस्म कर दिया; इसे देखकर जनता ने जय जयकार का नारा मारा, और अपने अपने मुंह के बल गिरकर दण्डवत किया।।

24. Fire came out from the LORD and consumed the burnt offering and the fat portions on the altar. And when all the people saw it, they shouted and fell facedown [on the ground].
