1. मैं प्रेम रखता हूं, इसलिये कि यहोवा ने मेरे गिड़गिड़ाने को सुना है।

1. I love the Lord, because he hath heard my voyce and my prayers.

2. उस ने जो मेरी ओर कान लगाया है, इसलिये मैं जीवन भर उसको पुकारा करूंगा।

2. For he hath inclined his eare vnto me, whe I did call vpon him in my dayes.

3. मृत्यु की रस्सियां मेरे चारों ओर थीं; मैं अधोलोक की सकेती में पड़ा था; मुझे संकट और शोक भोगना पड़ा।

3. When the snares of death copassed me, and the griefes of the graue caught me: when I founde trouble and sorowe.

4. तब मैं ने यहोवा से प्रार्थना की, कि हे यहोवा बिनती सुनकर मेरे प्राण को बचा ले!

4. Then I called vpon the Name of the Lord, saying, I beseech thee, O Lord, deliuer my soule.

5. यहोवा अनुग्रहकारी और धर्मी है; और हमारा परमेश्वर दया करनेवाला है।

5. The Lord is mercifull and righteous, and our God is full of compassion.

6. यहोवा भोलों की रक्षा करता है; जब मैं बलहीन हो गया था, उस ने मेरा उद्धार किया।

6. The Lord preserueth the simple: I was in miserie and he saued me.

7. हे मेरे प्राण तू अपने विश्रामस्थान में लौट आ; क्योंकि यहोवा ने तेरा उपकार किया है।।

7. Returne vnto thy rest, O my soule: for the Lord hath bene beneficiall vnto thee,

8. तू ने तो मेरे प्राण को मृत्यु से, मेरी आंख को आंसू बहाने से, और मेरे पांव को ठोकर खाने से बचाया है।

8. Because thou hast deliuered my soule from death, mine eyes from teares, and my feete from falling.

9. मैं जीवित रहते हुए, अपने को यहोवा के साम्हने जानकर नित चलता रहूंगा।

9. I shall walke before the Lord in the lande of the liuing.

10. मैं ने जो ऐसा कहा है, इसे विश्वास की कसौटी पर कस कर कहा है, कि मैं तो बहुत की दु:खित हुआ;

10. I beleeued, therefore did I speake: for I was sore troubled.

11. मैं ने उतावली से कहा, कि सब मनुष्य झूठें हैं।।

11. I said in my feare, All men are lyers.

12. यहोवा ने मेरे जितने उपकार किए हैं, उनका बदला मैं उसको क्या दूं?

12. What shall I render vnto the Lord for all his benefites toward me?

13. मैं उद्धार का कटोरा उठाकर, यहोवा से प्रार्थना करूंगा,

13. I will take the cup of saluation, and call vpon the Name of the Lord.

14. मैं यहोवा के लिये अपनी मन्नतें सभों की दृष्टि में प्रगट रूप में उसकी सारी प्रजा के साम्हने पूरी करूंगा।

14. I will pay my vowes vnto the Lord, euen nowe in the presence of all his people.

15. यहोवा के भक्तों की मृत्यु, उसकी दृष्टि में अनमोल है।

15. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his Saintes.

16. हे यहोवा, सुन, मैं तो तेरा दास हूं; मैं तेरा दास, और तेरी दासी का पुत्रा हूं। तू ने मेरे बन्धन खोल दिए हैं।

16. Beholde, Lord: for I am thy seruant, I am thy seruant, and the sonne of thine handmaide: thou hast broken my bondes.

17. मैं तुझ को धन्यवादबलि चढ़ाऊंगा, और यहोवा से प्रार्थना करूंगा।

17. I will offer to thee a sacrifice of prayse, and will call vpon the Name of the Lord.

18. मैं यहोवा के लिये अपनी मन्नतें, प्रगट में उसकी सारी प्रजा के साम्हने

18. I will pay my vowes vnto the Lord, euen nowe in the presence of all his people,

19. यहोवा के भवन के आंगनों में, हे यरूशलेम, तेरे भीतर पूरी करूंगा। याह की स्तुति करो!

19. In the courtes of ye Lords house, euen in the middes of thee, O Ierusalem. Praise ye the Lord.
