1. याह की स्तुति करो हे यहोवा के दासों स्तुति करो, यहोवा के नाम की स्तुति करो!

1. Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.

2. यहोवा का नाम अब से लेकर सर्वदा तक धन्य कहा जाय!

2. Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.

3. उदयाचल से लेकर अस्ताचल तक, यहोवा का नाम स्तुति के योग्य है।

3. From the rising of the sun to the going down of the same the LORD'S name {is} to be praised.

4. यहोवा सारी जातियों के ऊपर महान है, और उसकी महिमा आकाश से भी ऊंची है।।

4. The LORD {is} high above all nations, {and} his glory above the heavens.

5. हमारे परमेश्वर यहोवा के तुल्य कौन है? वह तो ऊंचे पर विराजमान है,

5. Who {is} like to the LORD our God, who dwelleth on high.

6. और आकाश और पृथ्वी पर भी, दृष्टि करने के लिये झुकता है।

6. Who humbleth {himself} to behold {the things that are} in heaven, and in the earth!

7. वह कंगाल को मिट्टी पर से, और दरिद्र को घूरे पर से उठाकर ऊंचा करता है,

9. वह बांझ को घर में लड़कों की आनन्द करनेवाली माता बनाता है। याह की स्तुति करो!
