1. The third day, there was a marriage in Kanah of the Galil. Yeshua#s mother was there.

2. फिर तीसरे दिन गलील के काना में किसी का ब्याह था, और यीशु की माता भी वहां थी।

2. Yeshua also was invited, with his talmidim, to the marriage.

3. और यीशु और उसके चेले भी उस ब्याह में नेवते गए थे।

3. When the wine ran out, Yeshua#s mother said to him, 'They have no wine.'

4. जब दाखरस घट गया, तो यीशु की माता ने उस से कहा, कि उन के पास दाखरस नहीं रहा।

4. Yeshua said to her, 'Woman, what does that have to do with you and me? My hour has not yet come.'

5. His mother said to the servants, 'Whatever he says to you, do it.'

6. Now there were six water pots of stone set there after the Yehudim' manner of purifying, containing two or three metretes apiece.

7. Yeshua said to them, 'Fill the water pots with water.' They filled them up to the brim.

8. He said to them, 'Now draw some out, and take it to the ruler of the feast.' So they took it.

9. When the ruler of the feast tasted the water now become wine, and didn't know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the ruler of the feast called the bridegroom,

10. हर एक मनुष्य पहिले अच्छा दाखरस देता है और जब लोग पीकर छक जाते हैं, तब मध्यम देता है; परन्तु तू ने अच्छा दाखरस अब तक रख छोड़ा है।

10. and said to him, 'Everyone serves the good wine first, and when the guests have drunk freely, then that which is worse. You have kept the good wine until now!'

11. यीशु ने गलील के काना में अपना यह पहिला चिन्ह दिखाकर अपनी महिमा प्रगट की और उसके चेलों ने उस पर विश्वास किया।।

11. This beginning of his signs Yeshua did in Kanah of the Galil, and revealed his glory; and his talmidim believed in him.

12. इस के बाद वह और उस की माता और उसके भाई और उसके चेले कफरनहूम को गए और वहां कुछ दिन रहे।।

12. After this, he went down to Kafar-Nachum, he, and his mother, his brothers, and his talmidim; and they stayed there a few days.

13. The Pesach of the Yehudim was at hand, and Yeshua went up to Yerushalayim.

14. He found in the temple those who sold oxen, sheep, and doves, and the changers of money sitting.

15. और रस्सियों का कोड़ा बनाकर, सब भेड़ों और बैलों को मन्दिर से निकाल दिया, और सर्राफों के पैसे बिथरा दिए, और पीढ़ों को उलट दिया।

15. He made a whip of cords, and threw all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen; and he poured out the changers' money, and overthrew their tables.

16. और कबूतर बेचनेवालों से कहा; इन्हें यहां से ले जाओ: मेरे पिता के भवन को व्योपार का घर मत बनाओ।

16. To those who sold the doves, he said, 'Take these things out of here! Don't make my Father's house a marketplace!'

17. His talmidim remembered that it was written, 'Zeal for your house will eat me up.'

18. इस पर यहूदियों ने उस से कहा, तू जो यह करता है तो हमें कौन सा चिन्ह दिखाता हे?

18. The Yehudim therefore answered him, 'What sign do you show us, seeing that you do these things?'

19. यीशु ने उन को उत्तर दिया; कि इस मन्दिर को ढा दो, और मैं उसे तीन दिन में खड़ा कर दूंगा।

19. Yeshua answered them, 'Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.'

20. यहूदियों ने कहा; इस मन्दिर के बनाने में छियालीस वर्ष लगे हें, और क्या तू उसे तीन दिन में खड़ा कर देगा?

20. The Yehudim therefore said, 'Forty-six years was this temple in building, and will you raise it up in three days?'

21. परन्तु उस ने अपनी देह के मन्दिर के विषय में कहा था।

21. But he spoke of the temple of his body.

22. सो जब वह मुर्दों में से जी उठा तो उसके चेलों को स्मरण आया, कि उस ने यह कहा था; और उन्हों ने पवित्रा शास्त्रा और उस वचन की जो यीशु ने कहा था, प्रतीति की।।

22. When therefore he was raised from the dead, his talmidim remembered that he said this, and they believed the Scripture, and the word which Yeshua had said.

23. जब वह यरूशलेम में फसह के समय पर्ब्ब में था, तो बहुतों ने उन चिन्हों को जो वह दिखाता था देखकर उसके नाम पर विश्वास किया।

23. Now when he was in Yerushalayim at the Pesach, during the feast, many believed in his name, observing his signs which he did.

24. परन्तु यीशु ने अपने आप को उन के भरोसे पर नहीं छोड़ा, क्योंकि वह सब को जानता था।

24. But Yeshua didn't trust himself to them, because he knew everyone,

25. और उसे प्रयोजन न था, कि मनुष्य के विषय में कोई गवाही दे, क्योंकि वह आप जानता था, कि मनुष्य के मन में क्या है?

25. and because he didn't need for anyone to testify concerning man; for he himself knew what was in man.
