1. हे यहोवा, न तो मेरा मन गर्व से और न मेरी दृष्टि घमण्ड से भरी है; और जो बातें बड़ी और मेरे लिये अधिक कठिन हैं, उन से मैं काम नहीं रखता।

1. LORD, I have given up my pride and turned away from my arrogance. I am not concerned with great matters or with subjects too difficult for me.

2. निश्चय मैं ने अपने मन को शान्त और चुप कर दिया है, जैसे दूध छुड़ाया हुआ लड़का अपनी मां की गोद में रहता है, वैसे ही दूध छुड़ाए हुए लड़के के समान मेरा मन भी रहता है।।

2. Instead, I am content and at peace. As a child lies quietly in its mother's arms, so my heart is quiet within me.

3. हे इस्राएल, अब से लेकर सदा सर्वदा यहोवा ही पर आशा लगाए रह!

3. Israel, trust in the LORD now and forever!
