4. राज्य राज्य के लोग आनन्द करें, और जयजयकार करें, क्योंकि तू देश देश के लोंगों का न्याय धर्म से करेगा, और पृथ्वी के राज्य राज्य के लोगों की अगुवाई करेगा।।

4. Let foreigners rejoice and celebrate! For you execute justice among the nations, and govern the people living on earth. (Selah)
