1. इस्साकार के पुत्रा तोला, पूआ, याशूब और शिम्रोन, चार थे।

2. और तोला के पुत्रा उज्जी, रपायाह, यरीएल, यहमै, यिबसाम और शमूएल, ये अपते अपते पितरों के घरानों अर्थात् तोला की सन्तान के मुख्य पुरूष और बड़े वीर थे, और दाऊद के दिनों में उनके वंश की गिनती बाईस हजार छे सौ थी।

2. And the sons of Tola: Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Ibsam, and Shemuel, heads of their fathers' houses, namely, of Tola, mighty men of valor in their generations. Their number in the days of David was twenty-two thousand and six hundred.

3. और उज्जी का पुत्रा यिज्रह्माह, और यिज्रह्माह के पुत्रा मीकाएल, ओबद्याह, योएल और यिश्शिरयह पांच थे; ये सब मुख्य पुरूष थे।

3. And the sons of Uzzi: Izrahiah. And the sons of Izrahiah: Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, Isshiah, five; all of them chief men.

4. और उनके साथ उनकी वंशावलियों और पितरों के घरानों के अनुसार सेना के दलों के छत्तीस हजार योठ्ठा थे; क्योंकि उनके बहुत स्त्रियां और पुत्रा थे।

5. और उनके भाई जो इस्साकार के सब कुलों में से थे, वे सत्तासी हजार बड़े वीर थे, जो अपनी अपनी वंशावली के अनुसार गिने गए।

5. And their brothers among all the families of Issachar, mighty men of valor, reckoned in all by genealogy, were eighty-seven thousand.

6. बिन्यामीन के पुत्रा बेला, बेकेर और यदीएल ये तीन थे।

7. And the sons of Bela: Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth, and Iri, five; heads of fathers' houses, mighty men of valor. And they were reckoned by genealogy twenty-two thousand and thirty-four.

8. और बेकेर के पुत्रा : जमीरा, योआश, बलीएजेर, एल्योएनै, ओम्री, यरेमोत, अबिरयाह, अनातोत और आलेमेत ये सब बेकेर के पुत्रा थे।

8. And the sons of Becher: Zemirah, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jeremoth, and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alemeth. All these were the sons of Becher.

9. ये जो अपने अपने पितरों के घरानों के मुख्य पुरूष और बड़े वीर थे, इनके वंश की गिनती अपनी अपनी वंशावली के अनुसार बीस हजार दो सौ थी।

9. And they were reckoned by genealogy, after their generations, heads of their fathers' houses, mighty men of valor, twenty thousand and two hundred.

10. और यदीएल का पुत्रा बिल्हान, और बिल्हान के पुत्रा, यूश, बिन्यामीन, एहूद, कनाना, जेतान, तश श और अहीशहर थे।

10. And the sons of Jediael: Bilhan. And the sons of Bilhan: Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahar.

11. ये सब जो यदीएल की सन्तान और अपने अपने पितरों के घरानों में मुख्य पुरूष और बड़े वीर थे, इनके वंश से सेना में युठ्ठ करने के याग्य सत्राह हजार दो सौ पुरूष थे।

11. All these were sons of Jediael, according to the heads of their fathers, mighty men of valor, seventeen thousand and two hundred, who were able to go forth in the army for war.

12. और ईर के पुत्रा शुप्पीम और हुप्पीम और अहेर के पुत्रा हूशी थे।

12. Also the Shuppim, and the Huppim, the sons of Ir, and the Hushim, the sons of Aher.

13. नप्ताली के पुत्रा, एहसीएल, गूनी, येसेर और शल्लूम थे, ये बिल्हा के पोते थे।

13. The sons of Naphtali: Jahziel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, the sons of Bilhah.

16. फिर माकीर की स्त्री माका के एक पुत्रा उत्पन्न हुआ और उसका नाम पेरेश रखा; और उसके भाई का नाम शेरेश था; और इसके पुत्रा ऊलाम और राकेम थे।

16. And Maacah the wife of Machir bore a son, and she called his name Peresh. And the name of his brother was Sheresh, and his sons were Ulam and Rakem.

17. और ऊलाम का पुत्रा बदान। ये गिलाद की सन्तान थे जो माकीर का पुत्रा और मनश्शे का पोता था।

29. and by the borders of the sons of Manasseh, Beth-shean and its towns, Taanach and its towns, Megiddo and its towns, Dor and its towns. In these dwelt the sons of Joseph the son of Israel.

30. आशेर के पुत्रा, यिम्ना, यिश्वा, यिश्वी और बरीआ, और उनकी बहिन सेरह हुई।

30. The sons of Asher: Imnah, and Ishvah, and Ishvi, and Beriah, and Serah their sister.

31. और बरीआ के पुत्रा, हेबेर और मल्कीएल और यह बिज त का पिता हुआ।

31. And the sons of Beriah: Heber, and Malchiel, who was the father of Birzaith.

34. And the sons of Shemer: Ahi, and Rohgah, Jehubbah, and Aram.

40. ये सब आशेर के वुश में हुए, और अपने अपने पितरों के घरानों में मुख्य पुरूष और बड़े से बड़े वीर थे और प्रधानों में मुख्य थे। और ये जो अपनी अपनी वंशावली के अनुसार सेना में युठ्ठ करने के लिये गिने गए, इनकी गिनती छब्बीस हजार थी।

40. All these were the sons of Asher, heads of the fathers' houses, choice and mighty men of valor, chief of the rulers. And the number of them reckoned by genealogy for service in war was twenty-six thousand men.
