1. फिर उस ने मुझे बिल्लौर की सी झलकती हुई, जीवन के जल की एक नदी दिखाई, जो परमेश्वर और मेंम्ने के सिंहासन से निकलकर उस नगर की सड़क के बीचों बीच बहती थी।

1. And he shewed me a pure river of water of life pure(clear) as crystal: proceeding out of the seat of God and of the lamb.

2. In the midst(myddes) of the street of it, and on either side of the river was there wood of life: which bare twelve manner of fruits: and gave fruit every month: and the leaves of the wood served to heal the people withal.

3. And there shall be no more curse, but the fear(seat) of God and the lamb shall be in it: and his servants shall serve him.

5. And there shall be no more night there and they need no candle, neither light of the sun: for the Lord God giveth them light, and they shall reign for evermore.

6. And he said unto me: these sayings are faithful, and true. And the Lord God of saints and prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants, the things which must shortly be fulfilled.

7. Behold I come shortly. Happy is he that keepeth the saying of the prophecy of this book.

8. मैं वही यूहन्ना हूं, जो ये बातें सुनता, और देखता था; और जब मैं ने सुना, और देखा, तो जो स्वर्गदूत मुझे ये बातें दिखाता था, मैं उसके पांवों पर दण्डवत करने के लिये गिर पड़ा।

8. I am John, which saw these things and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down, to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.

9. और उस ने मुझ से कहा, देख, ऐसा मत कर; क्योंकि मैं तेरा और तेरे भाई भविष्यद्वक्ताओं और इस पुस्तक की बातों के माननेवालों का संगी दास हूं; परमेश्वर ही को दण्डवत कर।।

9. And he said unto me: see thou do it not, for I am thy fellow servant and the fellow servant of thy brethren the prophets and of them which keep the sayings of this book. But worship God.

10. फिर उस ने मुझ से कहा, इस पुस्तक की भविष्यद्ववाणी की बातों को बन्द मत कर; क्योंकि समय निकट है।।

10. And he said unto me: seal not the sayings of prophesy of this book. For the time is at hand.(tyme is at honde)

11. जो अन्याय करता है, वह अन्याय ही करता रहे; और जो मलिन है, वह मलिन बना रहे; और जो धर्मी है, वह धर्मी बना रहे; और जो पवित्रा है, वह पवित्रा बना रहे।

11. He that doth evil, let him do evil still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be more righteous: and he that is holy, let him be more holy.

12. देख, मैं शीघ्र आनेवाला हूं; और हर एक के काम के अनुसार बदला देने के लिये प्रतिफल मेरे पास है।

16. I Jesus sent mine angel, to testify unto you these things in the congregations. I am the root(rote) and the generation of David, and the bright morning star.

18. मैं हर एक को जो इस पुस्तक की भविष्यद्वाणी की बातें सुनता है, गवाही देता हूं, कि यदि कोई मनुष्य इन बातों में कुछ बढ़ाए, तो परमेश्वर उन विपत्तियों को जो इस पुस्तक में लिखी हैं, उस पर बढ़ाएगा।

18. I testify unto every man that heareth the words of prophecy of this book: if any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book.

19. और यदि कोई इस भविष्यद्वाणी की पुस्तक की बातों में से कुछ निकाल डाले, तो परमेश्वर उस जीवन के पेड़ और पवित्रा नगर में से जिस की चर्चा इस पुस्तक में है, उसका भाग निकाल देगा।।

19. And if any man shall minish of the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from those things which are written in this book.

20. जो इन बातों की गवाही देता है, वह यह कहता है, हां शीघ्र आनेवाला हूं। आमीन। हे प्रभु यीशु आ।।

20. He which testifieth these things saith: be it,(Yea) I come quickly, Amen. Even so: come Lord Jesu.

21. प्रभु यीशु का अनुग्रह पवित्रा लोगों के साथ रहे। आमीन।।
