1. यहूदा की ओर से जो यीशु मसीह का दास और याकूब का भाई है, उन बुलाए हुओं के नाम जो परमेश्वर पिता में प्रिय और यीशु मसीह के लिये सुरक्षित हैं।।

1. Iude the seruaunt of Iesus Christe, the brother of Iames: To them which are called and sanctified in God the father, and preserued in Iesus Christe:

2. दया और शान्ति और प्रेम तुम्हें बहुतायत से प्राप्त होता रहे।।

2. Mercy vnto you, and peace and loue be multiplied.

3. हे प्रियो, जब मैं तुम्हें उस उद्धार के विषय में लिखने में अत्यन्त परिश्रम से प्रयत्न कर रहा था, जिस में हम सब सहभागी हैं; तो मैं ने तुम्हें यह समझाना आवश्यक जाना कि उस विश्वास के लिये पूरा यत्न करो जो पवित्रा लोगों को एक ही बार सौंपा गया था।

3. Beloued, when I gaue all diligence to write vnto you of the common saluation, it was nedeful for me to write vnto you, to exhorte you, that ye shoulde earnestly contende for the fayth which was once geuen vnto the saintes.

4. क्योंकि कितने ऐसे मनुष्य चुपके से हम में आ मिले हैं, जिन से इस दण्ड का वर्णन पुराने समय में पहिले ही से लिखा गया था: ये भक्तिहीन हैं, और हमारे परमेश्वर के अनुग्रह को लुचपन में बदल डालते है, और हमारे अद्वैत स्वामी और प्रभु यीशु मसीह का इन्कार करते हैं।।

4. For there are certayne vngodly men craftily crept in, which were before of olde ordeyned to this condemnation: They turne the grace of our God vnto wantonnesse, and denye God which is the only Lorde, and our Lorde Iesus Christe.

5. My mynde is therfore to put you in remembraunce: forasmuch as ye once knowe this, howe that the Lorde, after that he had delyuered the people out of Egypt, destroyed the which afterward beleued not.

6. The Angels also which kept not their first estate, but left their owne habitation, he hath reserued in euerlastyng chaynes vnder darkenesse, vnto the iudgement of the great day.

7. Euen as Sodome and Gomorrhe, and the cities about them, which in lyke maner defiled them selues with fornication, and folowed straunge fleshe, are set foorth for an ensample, and suffer the payne of eternall fyre.

9. Yet Michael the Archangel, when he stroue agaynst the deuyll, and disputed about the body of Moyses, durst not geue raylyng sentence, but sayde, the Lorde rebuke thee.

10. But these speake euyl of those thinges which they knowe not: & what thinges they know naturally, as beastes which are without reason, in those thynges they corrupt them selues.

11. Wo be vnto the, for they haue folowed the way of Cain, and are vtterly geuen to the errour of Balaam for lucres sake, and perishe in the gaynsaying of Core.

12. These are spottes in your feastes of charitie, whe they feast with you, without al feare feedyng the selues: cloudes they are without water, caryed about of windes, corrupt trees, and without fruite, twise dead, and plucked vp by the rootes:

14. Enoch the seuenth from Adam, prophesied before of such, saying: Beholde, the Lorde shall come with thousandes of saintes,

15. कि सब का न्याय करे, और सब भक्तिहीनों को उन के अभक्ति के सब कामों के विषय में, जो भक्तिहीन पापियों ने उसके विरोध में कही हैं, दोषी ठहराए।

15. To geue iudgement agaynst all men, and to rebuke all that are vngodly among them, of all their vngodly deedes, which they haue vngodly committed, and of all their cruel speakynges, which vngodly sinners haue spoken agaynst hym.

16. ये तो असंतुष्ट, कुड़कुड़ानेवाले, और अपने अभिलाषाओं के अनुसार चलनेवाले हैं; और अपने मुंह से घमण्ड की बातें बोलते हैं; और वे लाभ के लिये मुंह देखी बड़ाई किया करते हैं।।

16. These are murmurers, complayners, walkyng after their owne lustes, whose mouthes speake proude thynges. They haue men in great reuerence because of aduantage.

17. पर हे प्रियों, तुम उन बातों को स्मरण रखो; जो हमारे प्रभु यीशु मसीह के प्रेरित पहिले कह चुके हैं।

17. But ye beloued, remember the wordes which were spoken before, of the Apostles of our Lorde Iesus Christe.

18. वे तुम से कहा करते थे, कि पिछले दिनों में ऐसे ठट्ठा करनेवाले होंगे, जो अपनी अभक्ति के अभिलाषाओं के अनुसार चलेंगे।

18. Howe that they tolde you, that there shoulde be begilers in ye last tyme, which should walke after their owne vngodly lustes.

19. ये तो वे है, जो फूट डालते हैं; ये शारीरिक लोग हैं, जिन में आत्मा नहीं।

19. These are makers of sectes, fleshlie, hauyng not the spirite.

20. पर हे प्रियों तुम अपने अति पवित्रा विश्वास में अपनी उन्नति करते हुए और पवित्रा आत्मा में प्रार्थना करते हुए।

20. But ye dearely beloued, edifie your selues in your most holy fayth, praying in the holy ghost,

21. अपने आप को परमेश्वर के प्रेम में बनाए रखो; और अनन्त जीवन के लिये हमारे प्रभु यीशु मसीह की दया की आशा देखते रहो।

21. And kepe your selues in the loue of God, lokyng for the mercie of our Lord Iesus Christe, vnto eternall lyfe.

22. और उन पर जो शंका में हैं दया करो।

22. And haue compassion of some, seperatyng them:

23. और बहुतों को आग में से झपटकर निकालो, और बहुतों पर भय के साथ दया करो; बरन उस वस्त्रा से भी घृणा करो जो शरीर के द्वारा कलंकित हो गया है।।

23. And other saue with feare, pullyng them out of the fyre, and haue compassion on the other, and hate euen the garment spotted by the fleshe.

24. अब जो तुम्हें ठोकर खाने से बचा सकता है, और अपनी महिमा की भरपूरी के साम्हने मगन और निर्दोष करके खड़ा कर सकता है।

24. Unto him that is able to kepe you free from sinne, and to present you faultlesse before the presence of his glory with ioy,

25. उस अद्वैत परमेश्वर हमारे उद्धारकर्ता की महिमा, और गौरव, और पराक्रम, और अधिकार, हमारे प्रभु यीशु मसीह के द्वारा जैसा सनातन काल से है, अब भी हो और युगानुयुग रहे। आमीन।।

25. To God our sauiour, which only is wyse, be glorie, maiestie, dominion, and power, nowe and euer. Amen.
