1. फिर यहोवा ने मूसा से कहा,

1. And the LORDE talked with Moses, and sayde:

2. इस्त्राएलियों की सारी मण्डली से कह, कि तुम पवित्रा बने रहो; क्योंकि मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यहोवा पवित्रा हूं।
मत्ती 5:48, 1 पतरस 1:16

2. Speake to the whole congregacion of the children of Israel, and saye vnto them: Ye shall be holy, for I am holy, euen the LORDE youre God.

3. तुम अपनी अपनी माता और अपने अपने पिता का भय मानना, और मेरे विश्राम दिनों को मानना; मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यहोवा हूं।

3. Euery one feare his father and his mother. Kepe my holy dayes: for I am the LORDE youre God.

4. तुम मूरतों की ओर न फिरना, और देवताओं की प्रतिमाएं ढालकर न बना लेना; मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यहोवा हूं।

4. Ye shal not turne youre selues vnto Idols, & ye shal make you no goddes of metall: for I am the LORDE youre God.

5. जब तुम यहोवा के लिये मेलबलि करो, तब ऐसा बलिदान करना जिससे मैं तुम से प्रसन्न हो जाऊं।

5. And whan ye wyll offre health offerynges vnto the LORDE, then shal ye offre the, that he maye be mercifull vnto you,

6. उसका मांस बलिदान के दिन और दूसरे दिन खाया जाए, परन्तु तीसरे दिन तक जो रह जाए वह आग में जला दिया जाए।

6. and ye shal eate them the same daye that ye offre them, and on the morow: what so euer is left on the thirde daye, shalbe burnt with fyre.

7. और यदि उस में से कुछ भी तीसरे दिन खाया जाए, तो यह घृणित ठहरेगा, और ग्रहण न किया जाएगा।

7. But yf eny man eate therof vpon the thirde daye, then is he vnholy, and shall not be accepted,

8. और उसका खानेवाला यहोवा के पवित्रा पदार्थ को अपवित्रा ठहराता है, इसलिये उसको अपने अधर्म का भार स्वयं उठाना पड़ेगा; और वह प्राणी अपने लोगों में से नाश किया जाएगा।।

8. and the same eater shal beare his synne, because he hath vnhalowed the Sanctuary of the LORDE: and soch a soule shalbe roted out from amonge his people.

9. फिर जब तुम अपने देश के खेत काटो तब अपने खेत के कोने कोने तक पूरा न काटना, और काटे हुए खेत की गिरी पड़ी बालों को न चुनना।

9. Whan thou reapest thy londe, thou shalt not reape downe the vttemost borders of it rounde aboute, ner gather it all cleane vp.

10. और अपनी दाख की बारी का दाना दाना न तोड़ लेना, और अपनी दाख की बारी के झंड़े हुए अंगूरों को न बटोरना; उन्हें दीन और परदेशी लोगों के लिये छोड़ देना; मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यहोवा हूं।

10. Euen so likewyse thou shalt not plucke thy vynyarde cleane also, ner gather vp the grapes that are fallen downe, but shalt leaue them for ye poore and straungers: for I am the LORDE youre God.

11. तुम चोरी न करना, और एक दूसरे से न तो कपट करना, और न झूठ बोलना।

11. Ye shal not steale, nether lye, ner deale falsely one with another.

12. तुम मेरे नाम की झूठी शपथ खाके अपने परमेश्वर का नाम अपवित्रा न ठहराना; मैं यहोवा हूं।
मत्ती 5:33

12. Ye shal not sweare falsely by my name, & so to vnhalowe the name of thy God: for I am the LORDE.

13. एक दूसरे पर अन्धेर न करना, और न एक दूसरे को लूट लेना। और मजदूर की मजदूरी तेरे पास सारी रात बिहान तक न रहने पाएं।

13. Thou shalt do yi neghboure no wronge, ner robbe him. The workmas laboure shal not byde with the vntyll the mornynge.

14. बहिरे को शाप न देना, और न अन्धे के आगे ठोकर रखना; और अपने परमेश्वर का भय मानना; मैं यहोवा हूं।

14. Thou shalt not curse the deaf. Thou shalt put no stomblynge blocke before ye blinde, but shalt feare thy God: for I am the LORDE.

15. न्याय में कुटिलता न करना; और न तो कंगाल का पक्ष करना और न बड़े मनुष्यों का मुंह देखा विचार करना; उस दूसरे का न्याय धर्म से करना।
यूहन्ना 7:24, प्रेरितों के काम 23:3

15. Ye shall not deale wrongeously in iudgment, nether shal ye accepte the personne of the poore, ner honoure the parsonne of the greate, but thou shalt iudge thy neghboure righteously.

16. लूतरा बनके अपने लोगों में न फिरा करना, और एक दूसरे के लोहू बहाने की युक्तियां न बान्धना; मैं यहोवा हूं।

16. Thou shalt let no preuy accuser go amoge ye people. Nether shalt thou stonde agaynst yi neghbours bloude: for I am ye LORDE.

17. अपने मन में एक दूसरे के प्रति बैर न रखना; अपने पड़ोसी को अवश्य डांटना नहीं, तो उसके पाप का भार तुझ को उठाना पड़ेगा।
मत्ती 18:15

17. Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine hert, but shalt tell yi neghboure his faute, that thou beare not synne for his sake.

18. पलटा न लेना, और न अपने जाति भाइयों से बैर रखना, परन्तु एक दूसरे से अपने समान प्रेम रखना; मैं यहोवा हूं।

18. Thou shalt not auenge thy self, ner beare euell will agaynst the childre of thy people. Thou shalt loue thy neghboure, as thy self: for I am the LORDE.

19. तुम मेरी विधियों को निरन्तर मानना। अपने पशुओं को भिन्न जाति के पशुओं से मेल न खाने देना; अपने खेत में दो प्रकार के बीज इकट्ठे न बोना; और सनी और ऊन की मिलावट से बना हुआ वस्त्रा न पहिनना।

19. My statutes shal ye kepe, that thou let not yi catell gendre with beestes of another kynde: nether sowe thy felde with myngled sede. And let no garment come vpon the, yt is mixte with wollen and lynnen.

20. फिर कोई स्त्री दासी हो, और उसकी मंगनी किसी पुरूष से हुई हो, परन्तु वह न तो दास से और न सेंतमेंत स्वाधीन की गई हो; उस से यदि कोई कुकर्म करे, तो उन दोनों को दण्ड तो मिले, पर उस स्त्री के स्वाधीन न होने के कारण वे दोनों मार न डाले जाएं।

20. Whan a man lyeth with a woman, and hath to do with her, which is a bonde woman, and hath bene medled withall of another man, but not lowsed out, ner hath optayned fredome, it shalbe punyshed, but they shal not suffre death, because she was not fre.

21. पर वह पुरूष मिलापवाले तम्बू के द्वार पर यहोवा के पास एक मेढ़ा दोषबलि के लिये ले आए।

21. But he shal brynge for his trespace vnto ye LORDE (euen before the dore of the Tabernacle of wytnesse) a ramme for a trespace offerynge:

22. और याजक उसके किये हुए पाप के कारण दोषबलि के मेढ़े के द्वारा उसके लिये यहोवा के साम्हने प्रायश्चित्त करे; तब उसका किया हुआ पाप क्षमा किया जाएगा।

22. and the prest shal make an attonement for him with the trespace offerynge before the LORDE, concernynge the synne that he hath done: so shall God be mercifull vnto him, as concernynge his synne which he hath done.

23. फिर जब तुम कनान देश में पंहुचकर किसी प्रकार के फल के वृक्ष लगाओ, तो उनके फल तीन वर्ष तक तुम्हारे लिये मानों खतनारहित ठहरें रहें; इसलिये उन में से कुछ न खाया जाए।

23. What tyme as ye are come in to the londe and plante all maner trees wherof men eate, ye shall circumcise the foreskynne of the same with their frutes: thre yeares shall ye holde them for vncircumcysed, so that ye eate them not:

24. और चौथे वर्ष में उनके सब फल यहोवा की स्तुति करने के लिये पवित्रा ठहरें।

24. but in the fourth yeare shall all their frutes be holy and praysed vnto ye LORDE.

25. तब पांचवें वर्ष में तुम उनके फल खाना, इसलिये कि उन से तुम को बहुत फल मिलें; मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यहोवा हूं।

25. In the fifth yeare shall ye eate the frutes, and gather them in: for I am ye LORDE youre God.

26. तुम लोहू लगा हुआ कुछ मांस न खाना। और न टोना करना, और न शुभ वा अशुभ मुहूर्तों को मानना।

26. Ye shal eate nothinge wt bloude. Ye shall not regarde ye foules cryenge, ner chose out dayes.

27. अपने सिर में घेरा रखकर न मुंड़ाना, और न अपने गाल के बालों को मुंड़ाना।

27. Ye shal shaue no crownes vpo youre heade, nether shalt thou clyppe thy beerde cleane off.

28. मुर्दों के कारण अपने शरीर को बिलकुल न चीरना, और न उस में छाप लगाना; मैं यहोवा हूं।

28. Ye shal rente out no markes in youre body (for eny that is deed) ner make lettres vpo you: for I am the LORDE.

29. अपनी बेटियों को वेश्या बनाकर अपवित्रा न करना, ऐसा न हो कि देश वेश्यागमन के कारण महापाप से भर जाए।

29. Thou shalt not holde thy doughter to whordome, that the londe fall not to whordome, and waxe full of wickednesse.

30. मेरे विश्रामदिन को माना करना, और मेरे पवित्रास्थान का भय निरन्तर मानना; मैं यहोवा हूं।

30. Repe my holy dayes, and stonde in awe of my Sanctuary; for I am the LORDE.

31. ओझाओं और भूत साधने वालों की ओर न फिरना, और ऐसों को खोज करके उनके कारण अशुद्ध न हो जाना; मै तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यहोवा हूं।

31. Ye shal not turne yor selues to ye Soythsayers, and axe nothinge at the expounders of tokes, that ye be not defyled by them: for I am the LORDE youre God.

32. पक्के बालवाले के साम्हने उठ खड़े होना, और बूढ़े का आदरमान करना, और अपने परमेश्वर का भय निरन्तर मानना; मैं यहोवा हूं।
1 तीमुथियुस 5:1

32. Thou shalt ryse vp before a graye heade, and shalt geue reuerence vnto the aged. For thou shalt feare God: for I am ye LORDE.

33. और यदि कोई परदेशी तुम्हारे देश में तुम्हारे संग रहे, तो उसको दु:ख न देना।

33. Whan there dwelleth a straunger amonge you in youre londe, ye shall not vexe him.

34. जो परदेशी तुम्हारे संग रहे वह तुम्हारे लिये देशी के समान हो, और उस से अपने ही समान प्रेम रखना; क्योंकि तुम भी मि देश में परदेशी थे; मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यहोवा हूं।

34. He shal dwell with you, euen as one that is at home amonge you, & thou shalt loue him as yi self: for ye youre selues also were straungers in the lande of Egipte. I am the LORDE youre God.

35. तुम न्याय में, और परिमाण में, और तौल में, और नाप में कुटिलता न करना।

35. Ye shal not deale wrogeously in iudgmet, with meteyarde, with weight, with measure:

36. सच्चा तराजू, धर्म के बटखरे, सच्चा एपा, और धर्म का हीन तुम्हारे पास रहें; मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर यहोवा हूं जो तुम को मि देश से निकाल ले आया।

36. A true balaunce, a true weight, a true Epha, a true Hin shalbe amoge you. For I am the LORDE youre God, which brought you out of the londe of Egipte,

37. इसलिये तुम मेरी सब विधियों और सब नियमों को मानते हुए निरन्तर पालन करो; मैं यहोवा हूं।।

37. that ye shulde kepe & do all my statutes and lawes: for I am the LORDE.
