1. उस समय यहोवा अपनी कड़ी, बड़ी, और पोड़ तलवार से लिव्यातान नाम वेग और टेढ़े चलनेवाले सर्प को दण्ड देगा, और जो अजगर समुद्र में रहता है उसको भी घात करेगा।।

1. In that day, will Yahweh With his sword the hard and the great and the strong, Bring punishment Upon Leviathan, the fleeing serpent, And upon Leviathan, the crooked serpent, And will slay the monster which is in the sea.

2. उस समय एक सुन्दर दाख की बारी होगी, तुम उसका यश गाना!

2. In that day, A Wine-Vineyard! sing ye unto her:

3. मैं यहोवा उसकी रक्षा करता हूं; मैं क्षण क्षण उसको सींचता रहूंगा। ऐसा न हो कि कोई उसकी हाति करे।

3. I Yahweh, am Watching over her, Every moment, will I water her, Lest anyone injure her, Night and day, will I watch over her.

4. मेरे मन में जलजलाहट नहीं है। यदि कोई भांति भांति के कटीले पेड़ मुझ से लड़ने को खड़े करता, तो मैं उन पर पांव बढ़ाकर उनको पूरी रीति से भस्म कर देता।

4. Fury, have I none, Oh that there were delivered to me briars and thorns, in battle! I would march in among them I would set fire to them one and all.

5. वा मेरे साथ मेल करने को वे मेरी शरण लें, वे मेरे साथ मेल कर लें।।

5. Else, let one lay hold of my protection, Let him make peace with me, Peace, let him make with me.

6. भविष्य में याकूब जड़ पकड़ेगा, और इस्राएल फूल- फलेगा, और उसके फलों से जगत भर जाएगा।।

6. In coming times, shall Jacob strike root, Israel, shall blossom and bud, Then shall they fill the face of the world with fruit.

7. क्या उस ने उसे मारा जैसा उस ने उसके मारनेवालों को मारा था? क्या वह घात किया गया जैसे उसके घात किए हुए घात हुए?

7. Was it, with the smiting of his smiter, that he smote him? Or as with the slaying of his slayer, was he slain?

8. जब तू ने उसे निकाला, तब सोच- विचार कर उसको दु:ख दिया : उसे ने पुरवाई के दिन उसको प्रचण्ड वायु से उड़ा दिया है।

8. By driving her away by dismissing her, wouldest thou contend with her? He removed her by his rough wind in, a day of east wind.

9. इस से याकूब के अधर्म का प्रायश्चित किया जाएगा और उसके पाप के दूर होने का प्रतिफल यह होगा कि वे वेदी के सब पत्थरों को चूना बनाने के पत्थरों के समान चकनाचूर करेंगे, और अशेरा और सूर्य की प्रतिमाएं फिर खड़ी न रहेंगी।

9. Therefore hereby, shall a propitiatory covering be put over the iniquity of Jacob, And all, this, is the fruit of taking away his sin, When he maketh all the stones of an altar like chalk-stones that soon crumble, Sacred Stems and Sun Images, shall not arise.

10. क्योंकि गढ़वाला नगर निर्जन हुआ है, वह छोड़ी हुई बस्ती के समान निर्जन और जंगल हो गया है; वहां बछड़े चरेंगे और वहीं बैठेंगे, और पेड़ों की डालियों की फुनगी को खो लेंगे।

10. For the fortified city, is solitary, The dwelling forsaken and left as a wilderness, There, shall the calf feed, And, there, lie down And shall consume the branches thereof:

11. जब उसकी शाखाएं सूख जाएं तब तोड़ी जाएंगी; और स्त्रियां आकर उनको तोड़कर जला देंगी। क्योंकि ये लोग निर्बुद्धि हैं; इसलिये उनका कर्ता उन पर दया न करेगा, और उनका रचनेवाला उन पर अनुग्रह न करेगा।।

11. When the cut-off boughs thereof are dry, they shall be broken to pieces, Women, coming, are kindling it! For it is not a people of understanding, For this cause, Will he that made him, not have compassion upon him, And, he that formed him, will shew him no favour.

12. उस समय यहोवा महानद से लेकर मि के नाले तक अपने अन्न को फटकेगा, और हे इस्राएलियों तुम एक एक करके इकट्ठे किए जाओगे।

12. And it shall come to pass, in that day, That Yahweh will beat off his fruit from the stream of the River, unto the torrent-valley of Egypt, And, ye, shall be picked up, one by one O sons of Israel.

13. उस समय बड़ा नरसिंगाा फूंका जाएगा, और जो अश्शूर देश में नाश हो रहे थे और जो मि देश में बरबस बसाए हुए थे वे यरूशलेम में आकर पवित्रा पर्वत पर यहोवा को दण्डवत् करेंगे।।
मत्ती 24:31

13. And it shall come to pass in that day, That there shall be a blowing with a great horn, Then shall come in Such as have wandered in the land of Assyria, And such as have been outcasts in the land of Egypt, And they shall bow themselves down unto Yahweh In the holy mountain, In Jerusalem.
