1. हे परमेश्वर, अपनी करूणा के अनुसार मुझ पर अनुग्रह कर; अपनी बड़ी दया के अनुसार मेरे अपराधों को मिटा दे।
लूका 18:13

1. To him that excelleth. A Psalme of David, when the Prophet Nathan came unto him, after he had gone in to Bath-sheba. Have mercie vpon me, O God, according to thy louing kindnes: according to the multitude of thy compassions put away mine iniquities.

2. मुझे भलीं भांति धोकर मेरा अधर्म दूर कर, और मेरा पाप छुड़ाकर मुझे शुद्ध कर!

2. Wash me throughly from mine iniquitie, and clense me from my sinne.

3. मैं तो अपने अपराधों कों जानता हूं, और मेरा पाप निरन्तर मेरी दृष्टि में रहता है।

3. For I know mine iniquities, and my sinne is euer before me.

4. मैं ने केवल तेरे ही विरूद्ध पाप किया, और जो तेरी दृष्टि में बुरा है, वही किया है, ताकि तू बोलने में धर्मी और न्याय करने में निष्कलंक ठहरे।
लूका 15:18, रोमियों 3:4

4. Against thee, against thee onely haue I sinned, and done euill in thy sight, that thou mayest be iust when thou speakest, and pure when thou iudgest.

5. देख, मैं अधर्म के साथ उत्पन्न हुआ, और पाप के साथ अपनी माता के गर्भ में पड़ा।।
यूहन्ना 9:34, रोमियों 7:14

5. Beholde, I was borne in iniquitie, and in sinne hath my mother conceiued me.

6. देख, तू हृदय की सच्चाई से प्रसन्न होता है; और मेरे मन ही में ज्ञान सिखाएगा।

6. Beholde, thou louest trueth in the inwarde affections: therefore hast thou taught mee wisedome in the secret of mine heart.

7. जूफा से मुझे शुद्ध कर, तो मैं पवित्रा हो जाऊंगा; मुझे धो, और मैं हिम से भी अधिक श्वेत बनूंगा।

7. Purge me with hyssope, and I shalbe cleane: wash me, and I shalbe whiter then snowe.

8. मुझे हर्ष और आनन्द की बातें सुना, जिस से जो हडि्डयां तू ने तोड़ डाली हैं वह मगन हो जाएं।

8. Make me to heare ioye and gladnes, that the bones, which thou hast broken, may reioyce.

9. अपना मुख मेरे पापों की ओर से फेर ले, और मेरे सारे अधर्म के कामों को मिटा डाल।।

9. Hide thy face from my sinnes, and put away all mine iniquities.

10. हे परमेश्वर, मेरे अन्दर शुद्ध मन उत्पन्न कर, और मेरे भीतर स्थिर आत्मा नये सिरे से उत्पन्न कर।

10. Create in mee a cleane heart, O God, and renue a right spirit within me.

11. मुझे अपने साम्हने से निकाल न दे, और अपने पवित्रा आत्मा को मुझ से अलग न कर।

11. Cast mee not away from thy presence, and take not thine holy Spirit from me.

12. अपने किए हुए उद्धार का हर्ष मुझे फिर से दे, और उदार आत्मा देकर मुझे सम्भाल।।

12. Restore to me the ioy of thy saluation, and stablish me with thy free Spirit.

13. जब मैं अपराधियों को तेरा मार्ग सिखाऊंगा, और पापी तेरी ओर फिरेंगे।

13. Then shall I teache thy wayes vnto the wicked, and sinners shalbe conuerted vnto thee.

14. हे परमेश्वर, हे मेरे उद्धारकर्ता परमेश्वर, मुझे हत्या के अपराध से छुड़ा ले, तब मैं तेरे धर्म का जयजयकार करने पाऊंगा।।

14. Deliuer me from blood, O God, which art the God of my saluation, and my tongue shall sing ioyfully of thy righteousnes.

15. हे प्रभु, मेरा मुंह खोल दे तब मैं तेरा गुणानुवाद कर सकूंगा।

15. Open thou my lippes, O Lord, and my mouth shall shewe foorth thy praise.

16. क्योकि तू मेलबलि में प्रसन्न नहीं होता, नहीं तो मैं देता; होमबलि से भी तू प्रसन्न नहीं होता।

16. For thou desirest no sacrifice, though I would giue it: thou delitest not in burnt offering.

17. टूटा मन परमेश्वर के योग्य बलिदान है; हे परमेश्वर, तू टूटे और पिसे हुए मन को तुच्छ नहीं जानता।।

17. The sacrifices of God are a contrite spirit: a contrite and a broken heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

18. प्रसन्न होकर सिरयोन की भलाई कर, यरूशलेम की शहरपनाह को तू बना,

18. Bee fauourable vnto Zion for thy good pleasure: builde the walles of Ierusalem.

19. तब तू धर्म के बलिदानों से अर्थात् सर्वांग पशुओं के होमबलि से प्रसन्न होगा; तब लोग तेरी वेदी पर बैल चढ़ाएंगे।।

19. Then shalt thou accept ye sacrifices of righteousnes, euen the burnt offering and oblation: then shall they offer calues vpon thine altar.
