1. Adam, Seth, Enos.

2. केनान, महललेल, येरेद;

2. Kenan, Mahalchel, Iared.

3. हनोक, मतूशेलह, लेमेक;

3. Henoh, Methusalah, Lamech.

4. नूह, शेम, हाम और येपेत ।

4. Noah, Sem, Ham, and Iapheth.

5. येपेत के पुत्रा : गोमेर, मागोग, मादै, सावान, तूबल, मेशेक और तीरास हैं।

5. The sonnes of Iapheth: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Iauan, and Thubal, Mesech, and Thiras.

6. और गोमेर के पुत्रा : अशकनज, दीपत और तोगर्मा हैं।

6. The sonnes of Gomer: Aschenaz, Riphath, and Thogarma.

7. और यावान के पुत्रा : एलीशा, तश श, और कित्ती और रोदानी लोग हैं।

7. And the sonnes of Ianan: Elisa, and Tharsis, Citim, and Dodanun.

8. हाम के पुत्रा : कुश, मिस्र, पूत और कनान हैं।

8. The sonnes of Ham: Chus, and Mizraim, Phut, and Chanaan.

9. और कूश के पुत्रा : सबा, हबीला, सबाता, रामा और सब्तका हैं; और रामा के पुत्रा : शबा और ददान हैं।

9. The sonnes of Chus: Seba, and Hauila, Sabbetha, and Raama: and Sabtheca. And the sonnes of Raama: Seba, and Dedan.

10. और कूश से निम्रोद उत्पन्न हुआ; मृथ्वी पर पहिला वीर वही हुआ।

10. And Chus begat Nimrod: and he began to be mightie vpon the earth.

11. और मिस्र से लूदी, अनामी, लहावी, नप्तही।

11. Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, Lahabim, and Naphthuim,

12. पत्रूसी, कसलूही ( वहां से पलिश्ती निकले ) और कप्तोरी उत्पन्न हुए।

12. Phathzusim, and Casluim, of which came the Philistines and the Caphthorites.

13. कनान से उसका जेठा सीदोन और हित्त।

13. Chanaan begat Zidon his eldest sonne, and Heth.

14. और यबूसी, एमोरी, गिर्गाशी।

14. Iebusi also, and Amori, and Girgasi,

15. हिरवी, अक ,सीनी।

15. Heui, Araki, and Sini,

16. अर्वदी, समारी और हमाती उत्पन्न हुए।

16. And Aruadi, Zamari, and Hemathi.

17. शेम के पुत्रा : एलाम, अश्शूर, अर्पक्षद, लूद, अराम, ऊस, हूल, गेतेर और मेशेक हैं।

17. The sonnes of Sem: Elam, and Assur, Arphacsad, Lud, and Aram, & Uz, Hul, and Gether, and Mesech.

18. और अर्पक्षद से शेलह और शेलह से एबेर उत्पन्न हुआ।

18. Arphacsad begat Selah, and Selah begat Eber.

19. और एबेर के दो पुत्रा उत्पन्न हुए : एक का नाम पेलेग इस कारण रखा गया कि उसके दिनों में पृथ्वी बांटी गई; और उसके भाई का नाम योक्तान था।

19. And vnto Eber were borne two sonnes: the name of the one was Peleg, because that in his dayes the land was deuided, and his brothers name was Ioktan.

20. और योक्तान से अल्मोदाद, शुलेप, हसर्मावेत, येरह।

20. Ioktan begat Almodad, and Saleph, Hazermaneth, and Ierah,

21. हदोराम, ऊजाल, दिक्ला।

21. Hadoram also and Usal, and Dikla,

22. एबाल, अबीमाएल, शबा,

22. Ebal, and Abimael, and Seba,

23. ओपीर, हवीला और सोबाब उत्पन्न हुए; ये ही सब योक्तान के पुत्रा हैं।

23. And Ophir, Hauila, and Iobab:

24. शेम, अर्पक्षद, शेलह।
लूका 3:34-36

24. All these were the sonnes of Ioktan: Sem, Arphacsad, Selah,

25. एबेर, पेलेग, रू।

25. Eber, Peleg, Rehu,

26. सरूग, नाहोर, तेरह,

26. Serug, Nahor, Therah,

27. अब्राम, वही इब्राहीम भी कहलाता है।

27. Abram, otherwyse called Abraham.

28. इब्राहीम के पुत्रा इसहाक और इश्माएल हैं।
लूका 3:34

28. The sonnes of Abraham: Isahac, and Ismael.

29. इनकी वंशावलियां ये हैं। इश्माएल का जेठा नवायोत, फिर केदार, अदवेल, मिबसाम।

29. And these are their generations: the eldest sonne of Ismael was Nabaioth, then Kedar, Adbeel, and Mibsam.

30. मिश्मा, दूमा, मस्सा, हदद, तेमा।

30. Misma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Thema,

31. यतूर, नापीश, केदमा। ये इश्माएल के पुत्रा हुए।

31. Ietur, Naphis, and Kedma: These are the sonnes of Ismael.

32. फिर कतूरा जो इब्राहीम की रखेली थी, उसके ये पुत्रा उत्पन्न हुए, अर्थात् उस से जिम्रान, योक्षान, मदान, मिद्यान, यिशबाक और शूह उत्पन्न हुए। योक्षान के पुत्रा : शबा और ददात।

32. The children of Ketura Abrahams concubine, she bare Zimram, Ioksan, Medan, Midian, Iisbok, and Suah. The children of Ioksan: Seba, and Dedan.

33. और मिद्यान के पुत्रा : एपा, एपेर, हनोक, अबीदा और एलदा, ये सब कतूरा के पुत्रा हैं।

33. The children of Midian: Epha, and Ephar, Henoch, Abida, and Eldaa: All these are the children of Ketura.

34. इब्राहीम से इसहाक उत्पन्न हुआ। इसहाक के पुत्रा : एसाव और इस्राएल।
मत्ती 1:2, लूका 3:34

34. And so Abraham begat Isahac. The sonnes of Isahac: Esau and Israel.

35. एसाव के पुत्रा : एलीपज, रूएल, यूश, यालाम और कोरह हैं।

35. The sonnes of Esau: Eliphaz, Rehuel, Iehus, Iaelam, and Korah.

36. एलीपज के ये पुत्रा हैं : तेमान, ओमार, सपी, गाताम, कनज, तिम्ना और अपालेक।

36. The children of Eliphaz: Theman, Omar, Zephi, and Gatham, Kenas, Thunna, and Amalek.

37. रूएल के पुत्रा : नहत, जेरह, शम्मा और मिज्जा।

37. The children of Rehuel: Nahath, Zerah, Samma, and Miza.

38. फिर सेईर के पुत्रा : लोतान, शोबाल, सिबोेन, अना, दीशोन, एसेर और दीशान हैं।

38. The sonnes of Seir: Lotan, Sobal, Zibeon, and Ana, Dison, Ezer, and Disan.

39. और लोतान के पुत्रा : होरी और होमाम, और लोतान की बहिन तिम्ना थीं।

39. The children of Lotan: Hori, and Homan: and Thimna was Lotans sister.

40. शोबाल के पुत्रा : अल्यान, मानहत, एबाल, शषी और ओनाम।

40. The children of Sobal: Alian, Manahath, Ebal, Sephi, and Onam. The sonnes of Zibeon: Aia, and Ana.

41. और सिबोन के पुत्रा : अरया, और अना। अना का पुत्रा : दीशोन। और दीशोन के पुत्रा : हम्रान, एशबान, यित्रान और करान।

41. And the sonnes of Ana: Dison. The sonnes of Dison: Hamran, Esban, Iethran, and Cheran.

42. एसेर के पुत्रा बिल्हान, जाचान और याकान। और दीशान के पुत्रा : ऊस और अरान हैं।

42. The sonnes of Ezer: Bilhan, Zaeuan, and Iakan. The sonnes of Dison: Uz, and Aram.

43. जब किसी राजा ने इस्राएलियों पर राज्य न किया था, तब एदोम के देश में ये राजा हुए : अर्थात् बोर का पुत्रा बेला और उसकी राजधानी का नाम दिन्हाबा था।

43. These are the kinges that raigned in the land of Edom, before any king raigned ouer the children of Israel: Bela, the sonne of Beor, and the name of his citie was Dinhaba.

44. बेला के मरने पर, बोस्राई जेरह का पुत्रा योबाब, उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ।

44. And Bela dyed, and Iobab the sonne of Zerah of Bozra raigned in his steade.

45. और योबाब के मरने पर, तेमानियों के देश का हूशाम उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ।

45. And when Iobab also was dead, Husam of the lande of ye Themanites raigned in his steade.

46. फिर हूशाम के मरने पर, बदद का पुत्रा हदद, उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ : यह वही है, जिस ने मिद्यानियों को मोआब के देश में मार लिया; और उसकी राजधानी का नाम अबीत था।

46. And when Husam was dead, Hadad the sonne of Bedad, which smote Midian in the fielde of Moab, raigned in his steade: and the name of his citie was Auith.

47. और हदद के मरने पर, मस्रेकाई सम्ला उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ।

47. So Hadad dyed, and Samla of Masreka raigned in his steade.

48. फिर सम्ला के मरने पर शाऊल, जो महानद के तट पर के रहोबोत नगर का था, वह उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ।

48. And Samla dyed, and Saul of Rehoboth by the ryuer syde, raigned in his steade.

49. और शाऊल के मरने पर अकबोर का पुत्रा बाल्हानान उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ।

49. And when Saul was dead, Baalhanan the sonne of Achbor raigned in his steade.

50. और बल्हानान के मरने पर, हदद उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ; और उसकी राजधानी का नाम पाई था। और उसकी पत्नी का नाम महेतबेल था जो मेज़ाहाब की नातिनी और मत्रोद की बेटी थी। और हदद मर गया।

50. And Baalhanan dyed, & Hadad raigned in his steade: and the name of his citie was Phai, and his wyues name was Mehetabel the daughter of Matred the daughter of Mesahab.

51. फिर एदोम के अधिपति ये थे : अर्थात् अधिपति तिम्ना, अधिपति अल्या, अधिपति यतेत, अधिपति ओहोलीवामा,

51. Hadad dyed also. And there were dukes in Edom: Duke Thimna, Duke Aliah, Duke Ietheth,

52. अधिपति एला, अधिपति पीनोन, अधिपति कनज,

52. Duke Aholibama, Duke Ela, Duke Pinon,

53. अधिपति तेमान, अधिपति मिबसार, अधिपति मग्दीएल, अधिपति ईराम।

53. Duke Kenaz, Duke Theman, Duke Mibzar,

54. एदोम के ये अधिपति हुए।

54. Duke Magdiel, Duke Iram. These are the Dukes of Edom.
