3. हनोक, मतूशेलह, लेमेक;

3. Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech:

4. नूह, शेम, हाम और येपेत ।

4. Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

5. येपेत के पुत्रा : गोमेर, मागोग, मादै, सावान, तूबल, मेशेक और तीरास हैं।

5. The sons of Japheth, Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech and Tiras.

6. और गोमेर के पुत्रा : अशकनज, दीपत और तोगर्मा हैं।

6. And, the sons of Gomer, Ashkenaz, and Diphath, and Togarmah.

7. और यावान के पुत्रा : एलीशा, तश श, और कित्ती और रोदानी लोग हैं।

7. And, the sons of Javan, Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Rodanim.

8. हाम के पुत्रा : कुश, मिस्र, पूत और कनान हैं।

8. The sons of Ham, Cush, and Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.

9. और कूश के पुत्रा : सबा, हबीला, सबाता, रामा और सब्तका हैं; और रामा के पुत्रा : शबा और ददान हैं।

9. And, the sons of Cush, Seba, and Havilah, and Sabta, and Raama, and Sabteca. And, the sons of Raamah, Sheba, and Dedan.

10. और कूश से निम्रोद उत्पन्न हुआ; मृथ्वी पर पहिला वीर वही हुआ।

10. And, Cush, begat Nimrod, he, began to be a mighty one in the earth.

11. और मिस्र से लूदी, अनामी, लहावी, नप्तही।

11. And, Mizraim, begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,

12. पत्रूसी, कसलूही ( वहां से पलिश्ती निकले ) और कप्तोरी उत्पन्न हुए।

12. and Pathrusim, and Casluhim whence went forth the Philistines, and Caphtorim.

13. कनान से उसका जेठा सीदोन और हित्त।

13. And, Canaan, begat Zidon his firstborn, and Heth;

14. और यबूसी, एमोरी, गिर्गाशी।

14. and the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite;

15. हिरवी, अक ,सीनी।

15. and the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite;

16. अर्वदी, समारी और हमाती उत्पन्न हुए।

16. and the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.

17. शेम के पुत्रा : एलाम, अश्शूर, अर्पक्षद, लूद, अराम, ऊस, हूल, गेतेर और मेशेक हैं।

17. The sons of Shem, Elam, and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram, and Uz, and Hul, and Gethur, and Meshech.

18. और अर्पक्षद से शेलह और शेलह से एबेर उत्पन्न हुआ।

18. And, Arpachshad, begat Shelah, and, Shelah, begat Eber.

19. और एबेर के दो पुत्रा उत्पन्न हुए : एक का नाम पेलेग इस कारण रखा गया कि उसके दिनों में पृथ्वी बांटी गई; और उसके भाई का नाम योक्तान था।

19. And, unto Eber, were born two sons, the name of the one, was Peleg, for, in his days, was the earth divided, and, the name of his brother, was Joktan.

20. और योक्तान से अल्मोदाद, शुलेप, हसर्मावेत, येरह।

20. And, Joktan, begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah;

21. हदोराम, ऊजाल, दिक्ला।

21. and Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah;

22. एबाल, अबीमाएल, शबा,

22. and Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba;

23. ओपीर, हवीला और सोबाब उत्पन्न हुए; ये ही सब योक्तान के पुत्रा हैं।

23. and Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab. All these, were the sons of Joktan.

24. शेम, अर्पक्षद, शेलह।
लूका 3:34-36

24. Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah;

25. एबेर, पेलेग, रू।

25. Eber, Peleg, Reu;

26. सरूग, नाहोर, तेरह,

26. Serug, Nahor, Terah;

27. अब्राम, वही इब्राहीम भी कहलाता है।

27. Abram the same, is Abraham.

28. इब्राहीम के पुत्रा इसहाक और इश्माएल हैं।
लूका 3:34

28. The sons of Abraham, Isaac and Ishmael.

29. इनकी वंशावलियां ये हैं। इश्माएल का जेठा नवायोत, फिर केदार, अदवेल, मिबसाम।

29. These, are their generations, the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth, then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam;

30. मिश्मा, दूमा, मस्सा, हदद, तेमा।

30. Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema;

31. यतूर, नापीश, केदमा। ये इश्माएल के पुत्रा हुए।

31. Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These, are the sons of Ishmael.

32. फिर कतूरा जो इब्राहीम की रखेली थी, उसके ये पुत्रा उत्पन्न हुए, अर्थात् उस से जिम्रान, योक्षान, मदान, मिद्यान, यिशबाक और शूह उत्पन्न हुए। योक्षान के पुत्रा : शबा और ददात।

32. And, the sons of Keturah, the concubine of Abraham, she bare Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah, and, the sons of Jokshan, Sheba, and Dedan;

33. और मिद्यान के पुत्रा : एपा, एपेर, हनोक, अबीदा और एलदा, ये सब कतूरा के पुत्रा हैं।

33. and, the sons of Midian, Ephah, and Epher, and Hanoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these, were the sons of Keturah.

34. इब्राहीम से इसहाक उत्पन्न हुआ। इसहाक के पुत्रा : एसाव और इस्राएल।
मत्ती 1:2, लूका 3:34

34. So then Abraham begat Isaac, the sons of Isaac, were Esau and Israel.

35. एसाव के पुत्रा : एलीपज, रूएल, यूश, यालाम और कोरह हैं।

35. the sons of Esau, Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jalam, and Korah.

36. एलीपज के ये पुत्रा हैं : तेमान, ओमार, सपी, गाताम, कनज, तिम्ना और अपालेक।

36. The sons of Eliphaz, Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.

37. रूएल के पुत्रा : नहत, जेरह, शम्मा और मिज्जा।

37. The sons of Reuel, Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.

38. फिर सेईर के पुत्रा : लोतान, शोबाल, सिबोेन, अना, दीशोन, एसेर और दीशान हैं।

38. And, the sons of Seir, Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.

39. और लोतान के पुत्रा : होरी और होमाम, और लोतान की बहिन तिम्ना थीं।

39. And, the sons of Lotan, Hori, and Homam, and, Lotan's sister, was Timna.

40. शोबाल के पुत्रा : अल्यान, मानहत, एबाल, शषी और ओनाम।

40. The sons of Shobal, Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi and Onam. And, the sons of Zibeon, Aiah and Anah.

41. और सिबोन के पुत्रा : अरया, और अना। अना का पुत्रा : दीशोन। और दीशोन के पुत्रा : हम्रान, एशबान, यित्रान और करान।

41. The sons of Anah, Dishon, and, the sons of Dishon, Hamran, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.

42. एसेर के पुत्रा बिल्हान, जाचान और याकान। और दीशान के पुत्रा : ऊस और अरान हैं।

42. The sons of Ezer, Bilhan, and Zaavan, Jaakan. The sons of Dishan, Uz and Aran.

43. जब किसी राजा ने इस्राएलियों पर राज्य न किया था, तब एदोम के देश में ये राजा हुए : अर्थात् बोर का पुत्रा बेला और उसकी राजधानी का नाम दिन्हाबा था।

43. Now, these, are the kings, who reigned in the land of Edom, before there reigned a king of the sons of Israel, Bela the son of Beor, and, the name of his city, was Dinhabah.

44. बेला के मरने पर, बोस्राई जेरह का पुत्रा योबाब, उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ।

44. And Bela died, and there reigned in his stead, Jobab son of Zerah, of Bozrah.

45. और योबाब के मरने पर, तेमानियों के देश का हूशाम उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ।

45. And Jobab died, and there reigned in his stead, Husham, of the land of the Temanites.

46. फिर हूशाम के मरने पर, बदद का पुत्रा हदद, उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ : यह वही है, जिस ने मिद्यानियों को मोआब के देश में मार लिया; और उसकी राजधानी का नाम अबीत था।

46. And Husham died, and there reigned in his stead, Hadad the son of Bedad, who smote Midian in the field of Moab, and, the name of his city, was Avith.

47. और हदद के मरने पर, मस्रेकाई सम्ला उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ।

47. And Hadad died, and there reigned in his stead, Samlah of Masrekah.

48. फिर सम्ला के मरने पर शाऊल, जो महानद के तट पर के रहोबोत नगर का था, वह उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ।

48. And Samlah died, and there reigned in his stead, Shaul, of Rehoboth by the River.

49. और शाऊल के मरने पर अकबोर का पुत्रा बाल्हानान उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ।

49. And Shaul died, and there reigned in his stead, Baal-hanan, the son of Achbor.

50. और बल्हानान के मरने पर, हदद उसके स्थान पर राजा हुआ; और उसकी राजधानी का नाम पाई था। और उसकी पत्नी का नाम महेतबेल था जो मेज़ाहाब की नातिनी और मत्रोद की बेटी थी। और हदद मर गया।

50. And Baal-hanan died, and there reigned in his stead, Hadad, and, the name of his city, was Pai, and, the name of his wife, was Mehetabel, daughter of Matred, daughter of Mezahab.

51. फिर एदोम के अधिपति ये थे : अर्थात् अधिपति तिम्ना, अधिपति अल्या, अधिपति यतेत, अधिपति ओहोलीवामा,

51. And Hadad died. And there were chiefs of Edom: chief Timna, chief Aliah, chief Jetheth;

52. अधिपति एला, अधिपति पीनोन, अधिपति कनज,

52. chief Oholibamah, chief Elah, chief Pinon;

53. अधिपति तेमान, अधिपति मिबसार, अधिपति मग्दीएल, अधिपति ईराम।

53. chief Kenaz, chief Teman, chief Mibzar;

54. एदोम के ये अधिपति हुए।

54. chief Magdiel, chief Iram. These, were the chiefs of Edom.
